There are two balconies; one off the living room and one off the two bedrooms. Laundry is in the unit. The garage is large enough for three cars or a small boat and two cars. Amenities include a pool, Jacuzzi, club house and a private beach. This unit is close to Laughlin, NV. and the casino's. Close to all shopping and grocery stores as well as golf courses.
Master bedroom has Queen size bed with a walk-in closet, and the second bedroom has a Queen size bed. New 42 inch HDTV and HD cable service with DVR in living room, and TV in master bedroom, Stereo, DVD VHS and CD players are provided. Also included are a Washer, dryer, dishwasher, trash compactor, microwave oven, all linens and cooking utensils.

Year Purchased: 2001
We bought a vacation home in Arizona because we spent most of our summers at Lake Mohave. We live south of Los Angeles and when we spend time at the condo there is so much for us to do. Our entire family enjoys jet skiing, boating and fishing together. We are not golfers, but if we did there are several golf courses in the area. The casinos are only 10 minutes away from our place.

Our family enjoys water sports and the area provides entertainment for all ages. The area provides movie theatres, miniature golf, bowling, boating, fishing and gambling. The weather on the most part is sunny and warm and we enjoy our summers with our family there

The condo complex is very secure and private. Owners and guest get to enjoy all the amenities the complex provides such as a pool, jacuzzi, river access and a private beach. There is a clubhouse that can be used for private parties.
