Description: Enjoy the perfect location for your family get-a-way when you visit the Flat 108-A in Rosemary Beach. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms making it just right for a family, or for two couples to share. Our Flat features easy access ground floor accommodations consisting of combined living/dining areas, fully equipped kitchen with GE Profile appliances, granite countertops, a guest bedroom with a queen, and a master suite with a king.

The adjoining spacious master bath features double vanity sinks, a garden tub, and a large walk-in shower. Every amenity you would expect to find in a larger unit is also found here, but in a upscale and attractively designed package. Located on St. Augustine Park, it is a few steps to the Cabanas pool with its connecting playground, and a very short stroll to the indoor (heated in winter) Sky Pool.

You may also enjoy the beautiful Barbados and Coquina pools just a few minutes walk. Enjoy a nice stroll along beautifully landscaped lighted boardwalks just minutes to Rosemary's town center and private beach.   • I just LOVED this property. I plan to rent it again next summer. and the summer after that, too! I found it clean and ready to go when I arrived. No problems accessing the property, parking was close, and it was very clean. It didn't really feel so much like a rental as much as borrowing a friends' place, that's how neat and clean it was. you can walk to the beach within about five minutes-unless you stop in the quaint downtown and browse the shops. then it might take longer! there are also several public pools available-I highly recommend seeking out the skypool on cloudly days as it is an indoor pool. Overall, I would recommend this property very highly and enjoyed my stay thoroughly. the beach seekers staff was also exceptionally helpful and easy to work with.
