Located on St. Augustine Park, it is a few steps to the Cabanas Pool with its connecting playground, and a very short stroll to the indoor (heated in winter) Sky Pool.
You may also enjoy the beautiful Barbados and Coquina pools just a few minutes walk. My friend and I stayed at this property recently and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was perfect for us...just a short walk away from the central RB shops / restaurants...down the street from the RB gym facility...and a short walk to the nearby pool. We confined ourselves to the large master bedroom...which was extremely quiet and calm for those fun little afternoon naps. The unit was clean, well stocked with all those little items you want / need during a week or weekend away. The owners were extremely pleasant and quite easy to deal with. Having stayed in a number of 30A resorts...Rosemary Beach is more on the higher end of things which keeps it from being as overrun as Seaside. First time for us at RB...won't be the last.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, people with disabilities, families with young children.

A wonderful place to stay! Very close to town, pools and the beach. Very clean & nicely decorated. The owners were a pleasure to deal with. We plan on visiting Rosemary Beach again, and will be staying here again!

We are completely a 3 month stay in a community that is the jewel of the Florida Panhandle. 108A is a charming, comfortable and tastefully decorated flat. The photos accurately depict the ground level flat that is located opposite a green space. Everything in Rosemary is within minutes of the flat - 4 pools, tennis, bike rentals, cafes & restaurants. A 10 minute walk has you on the spectacular beach. Other charming communities are a short drive away as are grocery/drug stores. The owners are most anxious to please and quickly respond to your concerns. You'll not be disappointed.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, sightseeing, families with young children.

I just LOVED this property. I plan to rent it again next summer. and the summer after that, too! I found it clean and ready to go when I arrived. No problems accessing the property, parking was close, and it was very clean. It didn't really feel so much like a rental as much as borrowing a friends' place, that's how neat and clean it was. you can walk to the beach within about five minutes-unless you stop in the quaint downtown and browse the shops. then it might take longer! there are also several public pools available-I highly recommend seeking out the skypool on cloudly days as it is an indoor pool. Overall, I would recommend this property very highly and enjoyed my stay thoroughly. the beach seekers staff was also exceptionally helpful and easy to work with.

Fantastic, extremely comfortable accomodations. Beautifully decorated, close to beach, park and pools. GREAT get away for a short trip or wonderful extended vacation. Don't miss this one!!! Highly recommend !!!
