This beautifully decorated villa home was recently renovated. There are 12 by 12 tiles throughout all the main living areas. Enjoy a meal in the large dining area which overlooks the pool, golf course, and lake. Or grill a meal outside by the pool and enjoy in the lanai area under a relaxing ceiling fan while you watch the sun set.
A king size bed with mountains of fluffy pillows appoints the master bedroom which is complete with flat screen TV and DVD player. The master bath has 'his' and 'her' sinks, as well as, a walk in closet. Two twin beds round out the second bedroom which also boasts a flat screen TV. The den is a soothing sanctuary complete with desk, flat screen TV, DVD player and Playstation 2 game system.
Enter through the front door and be swept away with the breath taking view of the pool, lake and golf course. Enjoy some relaxing time in front of the 42" LCD TV or prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen while listening to music through the stereo intercom system.
The gated community is complete with 7 pools, 2 golf courses, 6 lighted har-tru tennis courts, a large resort style pool at the club, a fine dining restaurant, patio dining over looking the golf course and a "tiki" lodge complete with a heated pool with a water fall, an outdoor bar and grill, a pool table, a library, and several poker tables.

This is a property we purchased several years ago. We love spending time there. It is truly our home away from home. We have three children and live in the North east.
