  This tri-level house was ours for a month and it was everything we needed as a base to explore Southern Vermont during July. Three comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, wide screen TV and wifi! Quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to town and the river is 100 yards away. The little village of Weston is only 7 miles away and it has a great summer playhouse and the most wonderful Vermont Country store. Great golf courses around everywhere and great kayaking at Gale Meadows Pond and Lowell Lake. Owners are super helpful and nice. We highly recommend at stay at this great vrbo!

  My wife and I joined with two other couples to rent this house and had a great experience. It is a short walk to restaurants in town but set off on a beautiful hillside giving you the best of both worlds. The owners are super friendly and responsive to any small issues that may arise. We loved sitting by the fireplace and playing on youtube with the wireless internet. The bedrooms are are three different levels giving a good amount of privacy and the loft bedroom upstairs is large enough to accomodate an extra guest with air mattress if needed. I can't say enough about how cool this area is. We liked visiting the Vermont Country Store to peruse the local cheese and honey. Also Magic Mountain is as good as it gets for skiing in Vermont if you are looking for a non-corporate vibe. We hope to rent the house again!

  We rented this sweet little house for the entire ski season of 2011 and christened it The Snow Cone Chalet. The location is perfect for getting to Stratton for Early Access (or Okemo, or Bromley or Magic!), stopping off at the grocery store on the way home, or popping out for dinner. We knew we would enjoy the fireplace and decks, but we were immensely grateful for the well stocked kitchen and linen closet, and thrilled by the tasteful and eclectic Vermont decor. Andy and Fiona have taken great pains to make this house a comfortable and welcoming home and we were loathe to leave at the end of the season. Our car won't miss the hilly (but well maintained) driveway, but our sleds will!

  after 10 days in New York we were looking for a place in a quiet country town this property was just the place surrounded by forest with plenty to do and see nearby.The property was in perfect condition with all the kitchen utensiles one needed ,comfortable beds and a open fire that worked perfectly.The owners were very helpful in describing distances to places, best shopping etc.If you have teenages make sure you go mountain biking at Mt Snow

  great house for a family of four. very clean and comfortable. conveniently located for skiing at bromley, stratton, magic and okemo. close to manchester outlet shopping and lots of great area restaurants. would definitely return again in the future.

  Very nice house in a central location amongst numerous ski resorts (Stratton, Bromley, Okemo). Andy and Fiona very helpful and friendly.......very positive experience overall!
