All Condos in MGM Signature Hotel are privately owned. All "Junior Suites" are studio condos with approx 550 sq feet of living space. They are all decorated and furnished the same from inside. There are some differences between the units though:
- Strip view vs not.
- With Private Balcony or not.
Our Condo is "Luxury Junior Suite with Strip View and Private Balcony". It has an excellent view of the strip and the MGM Signature pool from the balcony. Having a balcony makes the space feel bigger since you can have a cup of coffee in the morning in the open and watch the sunsets in the evening with the backdrop of the strip.
By renting our unit you pay only a *fraction of the cost* charged by the hotel. Please view rate details below. Furthermore you are *guaranteed strip view and the balcony*.
