Booking the reservation was easy, checking in on arrival was great. Room clean and comfortable. Balcony view nice. Walking distance from main hotel not great but just adds to the whole Vegas experience and size of the hotels there. Stayed for 14 nights and had more than enough bed linen and towels for the entire stay. Hint - don't put your room keys next to credit cards because after an already long walk, you don't want to be heading back to reception too many times! Overall a very enjoyable stay and would recommend to anyone.

This suite is exactly what we expected and wanted for our 6 night Vegas stay. The room was very comfortable and the tub very relaxing. The customer service at the Signature was excellent and we were not treated any differently becuase we rented through a private owner. No problems from check in to check out. Had room service twice. Did not get a chance to use the pools but they were open. The owner was very easy to work and we will not hesitate to use again!!

This was my second stay at this property. I had another such wonderful experience the first time I decided to book another stay. I'm so glad I did. The owner is attentive and easy to deal with. Booking as always was a breeze. This is now my go to spot when ever I plan a visit to Vegas. All I can say from the rooms to the staff is this is a first rate resort. I can't say enough about the staff. It's always joy dealing with. If you're looking for a clean, smoke free, quiet, classy, location with an outstanding bang for your hard earned dollar, then this is the place to stay. The unit is always clean and everything is in working order. The location is close to the action and nice and quiet when you need time to recalibrate after a night out on the town. I will booking another stay soon.

I stayed in this condo for a long weekend in February and had a wonderful time. Everything was as described and it was especially nice to have a kitchenette during our time in Las Vegas. The Signature is slightly off the Strip, but it is really only about a 5-10 minute walk to the MGM Grand via the indoor moving walkways. For us, it was very convenient and also nice to be a little bit removed from the craziness of the Strip proper when we wanted to be. The owner was very responsive in answering all inquiries and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Love the Signature Towers at MGM. The location is excellent, with a connecting short walk to MGM Grand where you can hop on the monorail and get to the other hotels and the convention center. The Condo has a balcony, a real Jacuzzi tub with jets, pool access and everything else you need while in Vegas. The owner was easy to deal with and allowed us early check in (yay!)

We rent this condo for 8 days during Christmas 2011. We contacted the owner in July and every request we had has always been responded by him within the same day. He was very reliable, kind & helpful. The photos and the description exactly reflected the condo we rented. Everything was clean & comfortable. We were amazed by our nice balcony and the view (as mostly the hotels at the Strip offer rooms without balcony & windows which can't be opened) The kitchenette offers everything you need to make breakfast/lunch or even dinner. Smoking is generally not allowed in the condo and not allowed in all three MGM Signatures towers. Small consolation: it is allowed to smoke outside near the pool area. If you're unsure, just ask the staff at the front desk. They were always were kind and helpful. Valet Parking was always a highlight when we came back from shopping or a day trip. Very kind & funny staff :) Short walking distance to the MGM Grand and the strip. We can highly recommend this condo to everyone who wishes to have a great stay in Vegas. Save money, book this great condo!! You'll get a quiet luxury junior suite which is also near to the famous casinos.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo and liked being away from the noise and smoke of the casinos. This condo is in building 3 which is the farthest from the MGM Grand but the indoor walkways with their moving platforms make the journey seem not so long. You are also able to walk out onto a side street for a short walk to the strip if you want to avoid going through the MGM Grand. The building was extremely quiet and very clean. The aroma in the air was spa like, not sure what kind of air freshener or cleaning solutions they use but it was a very nice touch compared to the less than appealing smells of most hotel accommodations. The condo was very spacious with a huge bathroom and the small kitchenette had all the equipment we needed to eat breakfast before venturing out for the day. The balcony was also a nice touch and we were able to sit out one evening to watch a brief sunset. I would highly recommend renting this accommodation because the owner is easy to deal with and the rental price is very reasonable. For anyone seeking some solitude after a busy day on the strip, this is the place to be.

Everything Vimal stated was 100% true. The condo was clean, comfy, and there were plenty of towels, paper products,etc. I am very happy I found this when I did. It was a crazy week in Vegas and hotel rates were through the roof. Vimal literally saved me $400+ compared to strip hotels. I will definitely be looking for to business with Vimal in the future. Stayed at Vimals Condo in September and was delighted with space and facilities. Best place to stay in Vegas and Vimal was very efficient sorting everything out for us. Will stay here again and will recommend to others. Also had added bonus of a balcony, which not all Condos have.

My wife and I stayed in this suite for a much needed weekend away. This is a great property and location and the suite room itself was excellent. It was well stocked and cared for as advertised with a great view of the strip and pool. The location was perfect as well as it was a short walk or five minute cab ride to all the local attractions we were interested in visiting and a short indoor air-conditioned walk to the MGM Grand casino, shops and main pool. I would recommend this suite to anyone looking for a short or extended stay in Vegas.

Room was exactly as described in the listing. Very nice Strip View. Communication with owner was quick and easy. Be sure to bring extra coffee and filters (size no.2), there is only a 1 day supply provided. There are plenty of towels and extra bedding items. MGM Grand Hotel/Casino can be accessed from an air conditioned walkway. The Signature property is well maintained and very clean. They were replacing carpeted areas when we were there in July. I would highly recommend this property and particularly this unit. We look forward to staying there again next year.

I stayed in the unit from May 5th-9th and it was the best vacation yet to Vegas! The room is just like it was described and the bed was so comfortable! The entire process was super....never had a problem with check in (and we had a flight delay) or check out. The buildings and grounds are beautiful and it was a treat to stay in Vegas without the "smokey" atmosphere. I will be back for sure!

I had never stayed at the Signature or MGM before this trip, but want to stay here again. The suite is perfect; clean, spacious and has a balcony with view of the pool and strip. The property is excellently maintained and is very easy to walk over to the MGM, which has one of the best pool areas in Vegas, although the pools at the Signature are also very nice and a bit more relaxed. The owner was awesome to deal with and very accomodating. Overall, I would say this was one of my best stays in Vegas and I'm looking forward to hopefylly staying here again. Thanks Vimal!

Fantastic! I have rented off of VRBO several times in the past and am a little reticent about writing such a favourable review, only because I'm hoping to book this exact room in the future! I booked the suite for a vacation that I went on with my girlfriend for a full week and was blown away, even though I had stayed at Signature before. What makes renting this suite so great is that the owner is the best that I have ever dealt with on VRBO! And that's saying something considering that most renters on here are quite good. He is polite and courteous. Responds to emails promptly and is happy to answer any questions that you may have. Dealing with him was a pleasure, Thanks Vimal! Renting here is a WAY better value than what you would get in a comparable price range at any of the other hotels. The resort is phenomenal, clean and the lobbies & hallways are immaculate. The lobby is very impressive and is exactly what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The pools are beautiful, albeit expensive to get a drink at ($10/cocktail + tip) but that's to be expected because you are at a high end hotel. Besides, you can always get a yard (gigantic slushy drink) from Ruby Tuesday's or somewhere equivalent for around $12-$16 and take it down to the pool and sip on it all day long! Plus you have access to ALL the MGM Pools which, in my opinion, are the best on the strip! Amenities are fantastic including the fitness room, restaurants and I can't say enough for the fact that you get free wifi. Even if you are looking to get away from everything, it's still nice to be able to connect your iphone or laptop to internet to call friends or family with skype or google voice and avoid roaming charges, especially if you're Canadian! Other resorts charge $15/day to use their internet including the regular MGM resort! Also, the in-suite phone allows you to call locally or use a calling card without getting dinged for ridiculous phone charges! The suite is great! Spacious with room for 4 but I would recommend keeping it to 2 (preferably a couple as there is one king-size bed and pull out couch). The mini-kitchen is well equipped and has utensils for most of your meals. Great for making breakfast! There is a little fridge for drinks and ice machine is very close. All-in-all I highly recommend renting this suite. It is a terrific value for the medium to high-end consumer looking to get a room that is 3 stars or higher in Vegas. I hope to deal with this owner in the future!

My husband and I stayed at this suite in early March and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The room was very nice, fantastic views, accomodating staff, overall excellent. Check in was a breeze, no problems. Take a taxi from the airport, the shuttle is more expensive and takes forever. The walk from tower 3 to the MGM is a trip, but not too bad as it is all indoors. We werent able to enjoy the pool as it was too cold but it looked very nice and was conveniently located. We would definately stay here again, the best experience we had in Vegas. Another tip is to take the side road from the entrance to the towers out to the strip. It brings you right out to the City Center and shopping area eliminating the long walk through MGM and down the strip.

My wife & I just completed a great 4 nite visit. Suite was actually better than described & pictured, & exceeded expectations. Owner gave us a clear & concise arrival package. Conveniently paid via paypal, no hidden / extra charges. A nice feature of being @ an MGM property, was the ability to check in @ the MGM desk @ the airport. We would definitely refer people to this unit & complex. It is a nice peaceful hideaway in the bustle of the strip. Very clean & classy place to stay.

My First Stay At The MGM Signature

I go to Vegas to vacation and shoot a large international archery tournament every year. I've gone every year for the last 7 years. I was looking for a nice place to stay for seven days. I felt the pricing for other premium resorts was a bit high. I stumbled on the the VRBO site a started searching for a place. I found a place and contacted the owner through site. The correspondence was quick and very professional. I booked the suite. To tell you the truth I wasn't expecting much at all. I arrived in the MGM signature to the best staff I've ever encountered at a premium resort. I've stayed at most the big 4 and 5 star resorts in Vegas. The MGM Signature staff is by far the best. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The suite was wonderful. It was clean and everything worked. If you're looking for a lovely quiet place to stay that is not too far from all the action, I highly recommend booking this property. The owner is very professional and extremely easy to deal with. Value wise I think this is one of best values in Vegas. I look forward to booking my next visit very soon.

Although we were a little skeptical at first since we hadn't booked this type of vacation before, our stay in early November, 2010 at this owner's property in Las Vegas at the Signature was better than expected. My husband and I just returned from here and absolutely loved it - just wished we could have stayed longer. We have previously stayed in the Towers so we knew sort of what to expect. However, from the moment we began the rental process this owner was expedient in correspondence and described this unit precisely as it was - tremendous - the views spectacular! I really love the fact that the Towers are non-smoking and non-gaming - as those are two prerequisites for selecting our location. Although the walk to the MGM property is a bit long (albeit the movable walkways), it is still nice to be able to bask in the sun at the Back Lot Pool. The two of us took advantage of the Fitness Center and found it to be everything that we would need to complete our routines - treadmills even have fans! We will definitely keep this location on hand for future visits! Thanks for making this getaway something special!

We had an extended weekend trip to Las Vegas. Reserving the room was a breeze with Vimal, and he was very quick to respond to any questions we had during the process. The rate offered was a great deal for a Junior Suite at a very nice hotel. The staff was very attentive, and we never had to wait more than 2-3 minutes for a taxi. The walk to the strip, as many say is a bit long, but it's nothing compared to the amount of walking you do while in Vegas! We did have a small problem checking in at the MGM Grand desk at the airport, but we were directed to go to the Signature itself and everything was fine.

Jr Suite is Opulent, Well-appointed

Clean, spacious, with numerous amenities. We found the bed comfortable and the linens soft. The balcony was much enjoyed. There is a bit of a walk to the strip, but the moving walkways help, and we enjoyed the walk. The monorail station is close at handy and a good way to avoid higher priced taxis or struggling with traffic/parking. The jacuzzi tub was a great way to relax after a long day of touring some of the scenic areas near Vegas. Service at the MGM Signature was good in terms of valet parking, the cleaning services, staff at poolside, etc. We got a very competitve price, making it quite affordable and a great value. Some restaurants in the MGM complete are gourmet but very expensive. However we had a nice lunch poolside at the Cabana Grill without breaking the bank and Margaritaville on the strip served a good meal at a moderate price. Travel to Valley of Fire State Park and Red Rock Canyon for great Southwest sights and fabulous vistas.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We just returned home from our 5 day 4 night stay at Vimal's condo. What a great place. We loved it. The bed was comfortable, the room is HUGE!!! The bathroom was beautiful and the staff around all the premises was delightful!!!! Who knew you could be so close to Vegas strip but yet so far away. It was perfect!!!! Thank you for letting us rent your condo. We enjoyed our time there and we will be contacting you soon for another stay!!!!

We just spent 5 nights in the condo at the Signature! What a great place to stay, with the Strip and Monorail readily accessed by short walk through enclosed walkways to the casino. The condo room is luxurious and has all the amenities you could want. It was very quiet, enabling rest and relaxation when we wanted some quiet time from the hustle and bustle of the Strip. The kitchenette is well equiped and the Signature staff is very friendy and helpful. There are great views from the balcony. We will certainly choose this for our future visits to Vegas.

This apartment suited our needs perfectly. Being in tower 3, it was quite a walk to and from the monorail or MGM Casino, however, as we are very active people, this only added to our daily exercise regime. We found the bed very comfortable and being able to take the monorail into the Strip from MGM was a bonus. The apartment is really only suitable for one couple - it would not suit two couples as there is no privacy between the sleeping arrangements, however, if one couple had a child, it would be okay. The kitchen facilities were more than adequate. Vimal was very easy to deal with and extremely accommodating. My only suggestion for improvement (very minor) is to have a sink plug for the kitchen as washing up without one was "innovative". Overall, an excellent stay - amenities The Signature are first class and I would certainly recommend this apartment to any couple visiting Vegas. Thank you, Vimal. Betty B. Australia

Very nice condo and property at a great price. Very convenient for show at MGM Grand Garden Arena. A little bit of a walk to the strip, but not too bad. Also, Signature staff is very helpful.

We were happy with the room. It was clean and comfortable. We had a great check-in and hotel staff were very helpful with questions we had. Room had all the supplies we needed. Shower door didn't close completely, but it didn't cause any problems with water on the floor. Instant hot water was nice. Would definitely stay again. Vimal was so great to work with, answered all questions I had, and had an amazing turn-around time. Very happy with our stay.

The MGM Signature is amazing. I have stayed at the hotel previously, and there was no difference in the stay when renting this suite, except for lack of daily cleaning and not having to pay $15 for a mandatory 8 oz bottle of water every day (i.e. the hotel's daily add on resort fee). We had a great time. The location is convient to all of the Strip via the Monorail and the moving walkway to the MGM Grand. We really enjoyed the change of pace that is the bar in Tower 1. I will definitely be contacting Vimal the next time I am going to Las Vegas.

I travel to Las Vegas twice a year for business and always stay at the MGM Signature. When I booked my last trip through VRBO, Vimal was the first of my inquries to respond and his price was better than any other for a comparable room. I plan to book this room again for future trips. It was a pleasure doing business.
