Holiday in Chania, Crete: Hania is situated in the north-western part of the island of Crete. Our villa is about 5 km to the west of the city of Chania and only 500 m from the sandy beach, There are excellent taverns at a short walking distance of the house. The area has plenty to see and do. Its just a 30 minutes drive to Chania Airport. The Heraklion airport is a 90 minutes drive away. The best beaches on Crete are 30 minutes to an hour - at the most - away by car.

My husband grew up in Crete and I grew up in Germany. From the first time I came to Crete on vacation I was impressed by both the variety of scenery and the range of activity choices this island has to offer. My husband is an engineer and has personally designed and built our houses. Our personal taste is reflected on the design of our homes. We take personal pride in decorating and upkeeping these homes. These are homes we would happily live in.
