The condo was clean and well equipped. It was located on a cul-de-sac on the side facing the street, and the condos on the other side of the street. The view of the lake was through the small spaces between those condos. View from the deck again, was of the facing condos. The back was on a very busy, noisy street. There was no dvd player, and when we contacted the owner, she said she would inquire and let us know. She did not call back, and when we contacted her again, she told us we could go out and buy one and she would reimburse. It was the first week of october, but the hot tub area was completely shut down and covered. "loft " area is barely big enough for the blow up bed, and the people using the bedroom next to it, have to climb over to get to their door. Den area is nicely done, it is the former garage, but spoiled because one wall is the remaining garage door . We would not recommend this condo .Did you find this review helpful? This is a very nice place!! Three bedrooms all have a full bathroom. There is also a laundry room that has a half bath in it. Garage has been turned into another LARGE family room and has a sofa sleeper plus a roll away bed. Nice, little tiny fenced in area which was perfect for our tiny dogs to go outside to potty. My husband and I rented this place for a week and our two sons and their wives and children came and there was plenty of room for all of us. We did not feel cramped at all. Five television sets thru out the place and all of them worked. Plenty of towels, linens, kitchen supplies...everything we needed was here!! I highly recommend this place!!!Recommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

About the owner: We purchased our home as a summer home, we also have a home in Marco Island Florida for the winter but we aren't quite ready to retire yet. We thought we would share the terrific Lake environment with others until we are ready to live in our home full time.
Why the Owner Chose Port Clinton:
We have 5 Children and 4 Grandchildren so we needed a vacation home with plenty of space for all of us to get together on Holiday's and occasional summer weekends. This home was perfect as it had enough space and bathrooms for everyone. We also love the location as you can jump on the ferry to Put in Bay, Kelley's island or Pelee or you can drive a few minutes to Kalahari water resort, Cedar Point Amusement Park, African Safari or Mon Ami winery.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
My family enjoys the pool and the beach, They spend the mornings walking along the beach looking for seaglass and shells and in the evenings they throw some driftwood in the Pool house fireplace and swim by firelight ( as well as roasting marshmallows and having smore's) It's the perfect vacation experience
