Welcome to our 2250 square foot tri-level vacation home with four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms plus a loft. It is located at the base of the Utah Olympic Park in Bear Hollow Village approximately 2 miles from The Canyons, 5 miles from Downtown Park City and 7 miles from Deer Valley. It’s a great place to come home to after an activity packed day and will comfortably sleep eight to twelve people.
On the main level, the gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The family room has a gas fireplace, sleeper sofa and a wardrobe for those sleeping there. A large, private hot tub is located on the covered deck just off the kitchen.
Upstairs contains the master bedroom with a TV, DVD player and its own private deck looking out towards the mountains and the nature preserve, along with 2 other bedrooms and the loft with a sleeper sofa. All upstairs bedrooms have queen-size beds.
Downstairs you will find the fourth bedroom with a sleeper sofa, TV, DVD player and 3/4 bath. Access to the attached 2 car garage is located here as well.
The Bear Hollow Village Clubhouse includes an exercise room with showers, Plasma TV, fireplace, two computers with high speed internet access, a printer, kitchen, locker-rooms, and a community pool with Jacuzzi.
If you are looking for easy access to grocery stores, movies, great restaurants and shopping and more then Redstone Village is just across the street from Bear Hollow.

Why the Owner Chose Bear Hollow Village
We discovered Park City about 5 years ago and became instantly hooked. We purchased this home soon after because of its convenience to the slopes and shopping as well as the elevated cul-de-sac location.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
The home has a fantastic layout with an open main level with a hot tub on the deck. We also love being so close to the slopes, shopping and downtown Park City.
