Rosalera is a lower flat in an eleven unit complex called Los Delfines located a short, flat ten minute walk from the zocalo in Sayulita, the sweetest surfing and vacation village on the Mexican Riviera.
Rosalera is decorated with fine, local art, is spacious and comfortable, and perfectly suited for 6-7 people, adults and children. There is a swimming pool just beyond the palapa covered front porch with built in sofa. The palapa/patio out back offers complete privacy if desired.
Within two blocks of Rosalera you have a neighborhood grocery store, a fine French restaurant, the best beach front restaurant in town, and two minutes from the front door you have the beach itself. Just stroll down the path through the garden to find the sand and see the village to the south.
There are on site managers available to meet your needs and answer your questions. Dusk to dawn security is included to ensure your comfort and relaxation. You have a safe to secure money and documents. Daily maid service is included also; they even do your dishes!
There all kinds of activities available for all ages, but the best features of Rosalera are the peace and quiet. We know you will love the house and the town.

Ronnie and Veronica live in Monte Rio, CA, on the Russian River in west Sonoma County. They have two sons in college. He is a painter, she is a florist. They love the water and each other. They love Mexico, too. They hope you enjoy your stay at Rosalera.

Rosalera is in a well maintained complex on the beach. The unit is large enough for 6-7 people to feel relaxed and comfortable. All the neighbors are friendly and value the peace and beauty of the location.

Well away from the activity in town, so it's extremely quiet while being close enough to walk to all the shops and eateries, and so close to the beach.
