This is a wonderful Golfing Community with all the amenities. It has a great dining room and club house. There is a full swimming pool and hot tub within a 2 minute walk to the club house. There is a great club house with a large fireplace, full kitchen, games room and exercise room. The tennis courts are also within a 2 minute walk. The Golf Club House is within sight. It has a full dining room & bar and Pro Shop.
Our home is 2 years old and faces the 10 fairway. It is fully equipped as we use this home ourselves. There are two full bedrooms and bathrooms. It has a well equipped kitchen, dining room and great living room. There is a lanai with dining and BBQ.
This condo is ground level, on a quiet street facing the 10th Fairway. It also has a full garage. It is tastefully decorated and well stocked with all the necessities.

Year Purchased: 2007
We are two Canadian couples that love the Florida weather. We enjoy cottage country in Canada in the summer and Florida in the winter. We love Westminister Golf Club as it is a friendly community. It is close to everything but out of the traffic of the Fort Myers area.
Why the Owner Chose Lehigh Acres
We had friends who owned in the Golf Club and they loved it here so we chose to buy here as well. We are very happy with our decision.
