We stayed at the Portland townhouse for over a week with our 5 kids. It is very nicely maintained and decorated. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed and then some. Flying in meant we needed to laundry halfway through the vacation and the townhouse had everything we needed. The AV equipment is awesome. TVs in every bedroom (3 HD LCDs and 1 big tube tv downnstairs), DVD players in the 2 master bedrooms and living room. There was even a collection of DVDs to choose from (most are family appropriate). We had a great time and really appreciated all the little touches.

Very nice townhouse , well equipped. Location is great with easy access to the coast, we didn't have much time but drove to Cannon Beach, then down to Oceanside and back to the house in one day, very nice drive. Easy access to the Columbia River Gorge as well. Several restaurants very close and very quiet neighborhood!
Owner response:The Portland area has so many great places to see and visit, one of the reasons we chose the location for this townhouse is because it is very central. Plus, it has mass transit available right across the street, so you can get just about anywhere without a car.

Wonderfully spacious & gracious home for the group of us -- four adults and three children. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking tools & thoughtful extras included, like the goodie basket, teas & popsicles for the children! We were so thankful for the laundry facilities & the two full baths, (in addn to the half bath on 2nd floor) as well as nice-sized master bedrooms. Brand new playpen & high chair made it easy to keep our toddler safe -- and we could move her into different rooms to sleep, according to the activity going on in the house. Our nearby family came over to the rental condo to hang out some evenings. With the multiple floors, it was easy for some family members to be sleeping peacefully while others were wide awake & visiting. Only detraction of the multiple floors: moving our luggage & ourselves/small child up & down the stairs frequently. One in our party injured her back & couldn't make the climb to bathrooms for a while (an hour) until recovered. Also, the garage & driveway parking made it so easy to park rental car & unload our baggage when it was raining outside. Owner was so understanding when we left a kitchen item that our local family needed to come collect in the next week -- and when we had to mail back an item that we accidentally took back to IN with us! Hope to rent this property again! Would love to share it with others!!!

My friends and I stayed at this townhouse and had a wonderful time! The location is excellent; we were walking distance to the max train for easy access to downtown Portland. There was plenty of room for all of us (8 people) and the condo was very clean and well kept. Thanks for such a hospitable stay!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this townhouse. It is very near to good restaurants, shopping and not to far of a drive from downtown Portland. The house was spotlessly clean and there was even a welcome basket for us with goodies. We would highly recommend this property to stay in.

We had a wonderful time while staying at this really nice townhouse! It was very well kept and in a really nice area--not too far away from attractions in the area.

We enjoyed our 5 day stay in the Whitley Way townhouse so much. The townhouse was decorated beautifully, was spotlessly clean, and the spaciousness of having separate bedrooms and baths for each of us, as well as the large 2nd floor common area, was great. We spent quite a bit of time visiting in the living room with the fireplace going, which is perfect for rainy days. The kitchen was stocked with everything and more we needed to prepare and serve meals at our temporary home.
