The property is next door to Florida's Rybovich Spencer boatyard, where the 200+ foot yachts come in for servicing and repair. From the balcony have your breakfast, lunch, or evening cocktail looking at the yachts in from Bermuda and the Mediterranean and just beyond is Palm Beach, with all its beautiful, multi-million dollar waterside properties looking at you. Palm Beach and its public beach and Worth Avenue shopping is a 5 minute car ride and is easily done on a bike.
The property is on the 3rd floor of a 4 floor building with private elevator, so you are not in a high-rise, but in a low-rise elegant and functional apartment. The garage is located on the ground level, is covered, and the apartment has two parking spots there. The garage leads directly up to the apartment.
Five minutes drive, West Palm Beach is a planned community built 15 years ago, although the old-world Mediterranean architecture looks as though it has been there forever. Shopping, twelve movie theaters, dining, and the Henry Kravis Center for the Arts are all located there. Much more as well. Suffice it to say that West Palm Beach is a cultural center right near the water and the beaches.

Walking outside from a low-rise (4 floors) property, out onto the dock to see the mega-yachts moored at Rybovich Spencer boatyard. Boating possibilities everywhere. Drop a line to fish off the docks. Go for a bike ride to West Palm Beach or Palm Beach for some entertainment and dining, or drive to so many possibilities for golf and tennis. I love the 3 par Raymond Floyd course on Palm Beach right on the ocean!

I love Florida for all its outdoor healthy lifestyle opportunities. I am an avid rider, so the Wellington Horse Show scene is important for me. I also love tennis, golf and biking. I own two properties - one in Palm Beach and one in West Palm Beach and this area is full of outdoor fun, great people and excellent dining. The weather is the best of you love sports, and even when the locals are 'complaining' about the weather - it is so cold 65 degrees at its worst - I am at my best in riding, golf or tennis! I am never happier than when I am there!
