"This is a beautiful 3-story end unit townhouse that has been completely updated inside and out. The home is decorated with designer furnishings and beautiful linens. The unit is located in the Sandstone area, which is directly across the interstate from Lionshead and the Cascade Club and is far enough up the sunny-side of the mountains to avoid the interstate noise, yet it is literally four minutes from the main Vail parking structure. It has a spectacular view of Vail Mountain and Vail Village and Lionshead from both the living room and the master bedroom.
The kitchen is completely equipped just like a full-time home would be. While the three bedrooms accommodate 7 on the third level (along with two full baths), there are also two queen size pullout sofabeds in the living area, with a half bath on that level too. Three TV's, DVD, great stereo, computer with WiFi and internet, of course, and phone with unlimited national calling. Washer and dryer on the first level along with the garage and mud room/entrance.
The garage is heated and there are decks off both the living room and the kitchen, with a gas grill on the rear one.
This season, there is a 10% discount for rentals of at least 7days."
