The apartment has been completely renovated and is a 5 star property. It has a balcony with a tranquil view attached to the bedroom. The apartment is located on the back of the building so there is no street noise. It is a perfect alternative for those that do not want to be cramped in a smaller hotel room or apartment. No expense was spared renovating and furnishing this apartment. Most of the furnishings are imported. The apartment also features original Artwork by renown artist Iwona Handley
The bedroom has access to its own private balcony. It features a very expensive and very comfortable Four Seasons Presidential suite mattresses. There is a totally renovated master bathroom with marble throughout the bathroom. There is also an additional guest bathroom near the kitchen. The kitchen is a chef’s delight and has also been completely renovated with high end materials including marble countertops. The kitchen is furnished with everything you would find in your home.

3.5% discount for cash payments or bank wire payments for the initial 50% deposit.
The remaining payment must still be in cash (no checks, trav checks) at check-in.
Security fee of $800, with $1200 if renting for over 15 days.

Why the Owner Chose Buenos Aires
I fell in love with Argentina in 2006 when on vacation to Buenos Aires, Bariloche and the glaciers to the south. Buenos Aires is such a great place with so much to do, or just to relax and take it easy. The prices for items are very reasonable and the traditions or tango and great wine makes this an excellent destination. I'm looking forward to the day my toddler and I can visit again, as the apartment is just right for us. Its in a great location just 3 blocks from all the Recoleta action, as well as the museums, shopping and parks.

I live in the US and enjoy the outdoors and all it has to offer with my young daughter. I also enjoy the energy derived from city life with all the culture and great restaurants. Traveling is one of my big hobbies as I love to learn about different cultures (plus try the food!). NOTE: When you inquire about the property, you will be in contact with the property management firm in Buenos Aires that is very familiar with it and the terms of rental. I truly hope you enjoy the property and Buenos Aires in general. It's a great city with a rich history!
