This first floor, studio condo is situated in Granby Ranch, formerly known as Silver Creek, which is just 20 minutes from the Winter Park Resort and 20 minutes from the majestic Grand Lake area and Rocky Mountain National Park. The Kicking Horse ski lift at the Sol-Vista Ski Area is just a short ski away. The 360 degree views are incredible. Snow covered peaks, rolling hills, golf courses and world class fly fishing are just minutes away.
The studio contains a queen size Murphy Bed and a full size pull-out sofa, full kitchen, working fireplace and a fill and drain hot tub.
A private clubhouse is also a short walk from the condo. It contains an outdoor hot tub, wet and dry saunas, an indoor pool, meeting area, and WiFi accessibility (WiFi is also available in the Base Lodge at Sol Vista). There are also changing areas and showers for your convenience.
