The long awaited availability of Timber Ridge is finally here! This condo is 1,970 square feet of luxurious living space. It is located within walking distance to the lifts and is situated about half way between Timber Creek and the Main Lodge. Furnishings are almost complete to make your stay very comfortable. There is a large Master Bedroom with King bed and leather love sofa for a family of four. The first guest room has a queen bed and the 2nd guest room has a twin bunk. The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa in front of the fireplace.
The huge kitchen is the most amazing aspect of this condo, with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, coffee maker, toaster oven and utensils to feed a group of 12. The large dining room table is made of solid Douglas fur and has leaves to extend the table to seat 14.
The kids bedroom has a trunk of toys to entertain your little ones.
There is a large flat screen TV with DVD player and cable TV

We are husband, wife and 5 year old boy who all love to ski. The down turn of the economy provided this great real estate opportunity for us. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we love being up at Kirkwood.
Why the Owner Chose Kirkwood
We love Kirkwood because there isn't a lot of 'fuss'. The mountain speaks for itself, you don't need also the fancy stuff to entice you to come.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Kirkwood has some of the best skiing in the Sierra's. The resort boasts the highest base elevation at 7800 feet, and challenging terrain, which ensures the best likelihood of snow in warmer storms. Kirkwood is also a great place for families, and is less geared towards partiers.
