Upstairs 2 Queen Bedrooms share a Jack & Jill style bedroom/bathroom combination with 2 twin-bedded rooms and an additional bathroom located across the hallway. There is an open-plan dining area/family room/kitchen as well as a separate laundry room & toilet area.

My family and I have stayed in many different villas in Florida and this is one of our favorites!! We have been visiting Florida for at least two weeks each year for 12 years. This is by far one of the best locations! Gated community, alligators in the lake and well taken care of villa. We stayed there for three weeks in 2010 and again for two weeks in 2011. We had an incredible time. The photos are truly what you get. We found the villa to be clean and roomy. Private pool area was wonderful!! I would definitely refer my friends and family to stay there!!

Great house in a great location. 4 guys on a golf trip. Stayed in 2010 and booked the same week for 2011 as soon as we got back.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car.

This property met all of our needs and exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect for the central Florida area. You are near everything. The house was clean and inviting. The decor is modern and well appointed. Fully furnished and equiped for a short or long term stay. It is perfect for a couple or large family. The sparkling pool and patio area is enclosed so there are no bugs to bother you. A security fence near the pool is there to protect little ones. It can be removed to open the area if you have adults. The back lawn is green and lush from the pool to the privacy fence. We used the grill and ate outdoors as there is also a covered patio area with ceiling fan for a nice breeze. The air conditioning worked great for the house. The master suite and bath were wonderful. Upstairs there are 4 more bedrooms with lots of space and 2 bathrooms. The ceilings are high and there are many windows to let in natural light. The neighborhood is quiet, well maintained and friendly. It was a plus that it is in a gated community. The lake is a short walk and has a nice dock with parking where many people were fishing. We got great night photo shots of the alligators in the lake. In Haines City, a short ten minute drive, there is a city park on 6th street. It is ultra modern and includes a fantastic water park ($3.00 per day), multiple playgrounds, huge oak trees, evening family movies on the green and a nice fishing/boating lake with a sandy beach area. This ia a hidden jewel that tourist are not aware of. A local restaurant on Hwy 27 is "Crispers" and we referred many family members to eat there. Delicious Healthy Fresh Food! The owner/manager of this property is professional and accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend her for vacation rentals! The property is "as described" on the VRBO webpage. WE WILL go back and enjoy the area again and we WILL refer all of our family and friends to the owner.

What a great place to stay. Having never been to Florida before we were unsure as to what the whole experience would be like, but the drive from the airport to the villa was very simple and quick, the villa itself is a real knockout, so much space, all the bits you need and such a quiet place to sit by the beauitful pool and relax. We will def be coming back to Florida and def coming back to this villa!

This was our first Christmas at Disney. The house is beautiful we really enjoyed staying here. Even with the cold we still had fun. The bedrooms are very large and accomodating. It would be nice if the house had a games room, but since we were renting four homes on this community the children were able to visit the other homes to enjoy the games room. I am sure we will visit this home again.
