Absolute beach front accommodation....the closest living to the sea without being in a boat. "Paua" is one of two adjoining, upper level (first floor), beach front "bach" apartments, tastefully refurbished with superior fixtures and fittings.
"Paua" has one bedroom, a study and a large private deck. With it's sea grass mats and soothing colors, "Paua" reflects the best of pared back simple style that is the essence of coastal living. The generously sized bedroom houses a king "Captain's" bed complete with high quality linens. Blackout curtains have been installed in the bedroom. The lounge furnishing is modern yet soft and comfortable.
There is no road or lane between the apartment and the sea, which translates to no cars and no people other than beach walkers. The southern end of the Strand where the apartment is situated is not a through road, therefore it is very protected from any traffic noise whatsoever. A few minutes drive will bring you to Whangaparaoa Mall, Manly Village shopping area and cafes. Gulf Harbour Marina and Golf Course is only ten minutes drive away.
Weiti River is a few minutes drive by car (or by boat in your own dingy from in front of the Suites) or slightly longer by kayak. Exploring Weiti River by kayak is popular with locals. Arkles Bay is only 35 minutes from Auckland City and is in fabulous position from which to explore the Hauraki Gulf Islands and the Far North.
