There are 4 beautiful bedrooms, all elegant in their own way. 3.5 bathrooms. And 3900 square feet of living space with 65 feet of Travertine and granite hallways. THE MASTER BEDROOM has a king size bed, 58 inch flat-screen TV, a fireplace and a sitting room to relax and read a novel. There are doors that open to the pool. The master bath has a roman tub with a frameless shower and seat a very large double sink vanity all in marble and granite. THE 2ND BEDROOM also has a king bed and a view of the mountains from the front of the house. with a 3/4 bath includes shower. The 3rd and 4th bedroom have a queen bed. and share a hall full bath that also leads outside.
All bedrooms have new pillow top mattresses, comforters, and 36-42 inch flat screen HDTV WITH CABLE. Tropical silk plants and ceiling fans. FORMAL DINING ROOM is absolutely gorgeous with a huge sky light, gold and alabaster light fixture and a 7 ft Italian painting . 5 foot glass table to seat 8. A dry bar is between the living room and dining room
THE GOURMET KITCHEN is a cooks' dream, and since I love to cook it is fully stocked with everything you could possible need. The counters and back splash are Emerald Granite with a huge window and lots of light. There is a built in wine rack and and wine cooler, GE Monogram double ovens, island cook-top five burner gas stove and counter seating for three, trash compactor and dishwasher. Fax machine and answering machine available for your use.
THE KITCHEN NOOK overlooks the patio and BBQ area with a bar hight square table and 8 stools which is wonderful for all around conversation.
THE FAMILY ROOM is a treat for the men since the couch has four built in recliners to stretch out and watch the ballgame on a 65 inch flat screen HDTV. BOSE DVD player, recessed lighting and fan. A marble gas fireplace sets the mood for a relaxing evening.
THE LAUNDRY ROOM has a washer and dryer and deep sink and granite counter for folding clothes. Also for those to like their drinks cold, there is a beverage cooler. There is a half bath off the laundry room.
THE POOL AND YARD is a Tropical Paradise with lush trees, plants, Hibiscus and Plumaria's. The pool is salt water with a tanning ledge with two umbrella's, waterfall and a Hawaiian mermaid. A large square patio table for eight and a bar at the bbq that seats four. Relax on lounge chairs or around the gas fire pit and enjoy the quiet peaceful surroundings.

The minute my husband and I entered Versailles, we knew this was where we wanted to retire. A beautiful and quiet upscale gated community with shopping, theaters and Casino around the corner. Large single story homes on 1/3 + acre lots and a tennis court across the street. We were in heaven
The Unique Benefits at this House
Versailles is a quiet and private gated community close to wonderful golf courses, shopping at El Paseo and the River Walk. Night life all along Highway 111 and the Aqua Caliente Casino and Spa. Cinemas and restaurants within blocks.

Fabulous Desert Stay

This home is absolutely beautiful! The owner has thought of everything to provide a wonderful home away from home for our family Holiday vacation. Seven of us were very comfortable in the spacious rooms. The decor is fantastic causing my sister-in -law to remark she was in a desert "castle"! The kitchen is to die for with everything we needed for my gourmet brother to cook to his heart's content. Large TV's provide for all viewing tastes and there is plenty of room to play board games on two of the large tables. There were even tasteful holiday decorations making it very festive! The house is wonderfully located with shopping and dining close by. It is an easy drive to Palm Springs for the Follies which is a must if visiting or Christmas dinner at Melvyn's--old Palm Springs) Tons of golf courses in the vicinity so easy to pick from. We had terrific weather ( of course, Mary the owner, made sure of that!) so the pool and spa were a delight. Warm days--cool nights--The pool area is the highlight of the house with beautiful landscaping and lighting. Mary is easy to work with and the details were oh so easy. For a large group this place can't be beat! Not too bad for two of us either! The only negative--we had to leave-- I could spend lots of time here!

WOW!!! This place is AMAZING. Far exceeded our expectations, which were very high. We returned home at 2am this morning after a 6 1/2 hour drive and after experiencing one of our best, most relaxing vacations ever. We stayed a week and hated to leave. The house is amazing and the pool and yard is as good as it gets. The photo's of the place do not do it justice. It's 100% safe and in a nice gated residential area which was extremely quiet and peaceful. The house has everything you need for a 5 star getaway. The pool is like a tropical desert oasis. My kids enjoyed Tennis and swimming and we had some great meals over at the mall called "The River" and elsewhere. The place is a dream home inside and out. Nobody ever got bored and honestly after many family vacations, this would rank in my top three of our lives. The owner, Mary Baker was incredible all the way and there is nothing I can say that was not 100% awesome about our stay. FANTASTIC!! I would give it 10 stars if I could. Cannot wait to go back.

WOW! What a wonderful experience. I have rented several VRBO homes in the past and absolutely none compare to this one. The home is beautiful, private and very clean. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could possibly need. I don't even know how to describe the exterior......just an amazaing private paradise. Mary is great to work with and very accomodating. The bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived was a very special touch! Planning a return trip next year.

A wonderful time in at a perfect location. Close to everything. Nothing forgotten to enjoy the pool and back yard. plenty of seating, lounger and tables with umbrella shades. Even a shade umbrella while sitting in the pool. The house was fantastic, Already planning our next winter get a way.

We have rented many houses around the US on VRBO and this was an excellent experience. We stayed for 7 nights around Christmas 2010. Mary was very easy to work with and the house is exactly as it is represented. The pool and spa area are excellent and the house is decorated beautifully. This is a very quiet peaceful house.

We recently planned a "once in a lifetime" vacation to the Coachella Valley with our parents and two other recently retired couples. Most had never been to the Palm Springs area before so we hoped to plan a trip that all would remember. When we came across Mary's Paradise, we quickly knew we had found our home base. The home was simply wonderful. Even with eight people, there was tons of room and privacy when you wanted it. When we arrived, we were introduced to the home with a(n appreciated!) bottle of wine and a spotless interior. The kitchen was fabulous with everything you could imagine. The bedrooms large and again quite private. I have to say, there were even a couple of rooms we hardly went into. Being Canadians however, the highlight had to be the back yard. A wonderfully clean pool with absolute privacy in the shade of the many palm trees was such a relaxing place to be. If there was a close second, it was the attached hot tub which some people (without naming names) probably would have lived-in our entire stay. The house was very accessible being on one floor and in a very quiet gated community. It was also close to shopping, restaurants, golf and only 10 minutes from the freeway making it easy access - we went to an Anaheim Ducks one evening and were there under two hours. We confirmed that this home was the right choice as everyone is still talking about our vacation a month after returning home. Thank you Mary for sharing with us!

After searching many of the properties listed on VRBO we knew that we found our vacation home with this property and couldn't have been more excited to get there. Prior to our trip Mary was so helpful. She sent us a packet with details of the property, how to use the amenities and an outline of the area around her property. We didn't realize what a gem we had found until we actually got to the home! It was so beautiful and decorated like a home, not a rental. The pictures do not do it justice, it really is stunning both inside and out. You couldn't help but be drawn to the pool area and enjoy what it had to offer. Many of the pools you will see on listings will not have the landscaping and privacy that this pool had to offer. The landscape lighting at night makes the pool look like your own private resort. We golfed 5 days out of 7 days and we were surprised how close we were to many courses. We cannot wait to come back and stay. Thanks again Mary, you were so nice and helpful in making our stay one that we will keep sharing our memories with all our friends and family.

I cannot say enough about this marvellous vacation home! My family and I took our grand vacation to Palm Springs at the end of May and found this home to be wonderfully accommodating. Mary has stocked, decorated, and supplied the house to the nines. The appliances were new and easy to use, the house and yard were clean and inviting, and the owners were always just a phone call away if we needed any questions answered. We used the provided, quality bicycles to bike the neighbourhood in the mornings and the tennis racquets and balls for a game at the court that was only about a minute's distance. The pool, spa, and lawn chairs were also top notch and wonderfully comfortable. Furthermore, the gated community was quiet and well manicured. We would recommend this house to anyone and everyone!

We have rented many homes in Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert, and this home was easily the nicest we have had the pleasure of renting. The home is wonderful and is furnished and decorated beautifully- trust us, the photos don't do it justice. There is everything you need in a home and much more. The four bedrooms are great and the master bedroom is unbelievable. The backyard is fabulous and has a beautiful variety of palm trees, plants and tropical flowers. The pool and spa are great and there are many spots to sit in the sun or shade, whatever you prefer.The neighborhood tennis and basketball courts are just a minute or two walk away. Groceries and supplies are just a 5 minute drive away. Mary was very helpful, and a real pleasure to deal with ( the information package we received before arriving was really informative). We had a great vacation and would highly recommend this home to anyone. We will definitely be back, hopefully ASAP.
