Tucked off Oak Bay Road between Port Ludlow and Port Hadlock, you have a 190 degree view of the shipping channel hosting all vessels bound from ports like Seattle to and from the Pacific Ocean. This house sits above with unobstructed views-large wrap around deck allows you to sit and enjoy the passing boats or watch the wild birds with our telescope or binoculars.
The spacious kitchen is open to the great room with gas stove and access to the wrap around deck. This kitchen features an island that allows you to sit and talk with the cook or to assist without getting in each others way. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare great tasteful meals - the stocked spice cabinet allows you to experiment.
Spacious living room with large windows, gas fireplace and cozy furniture allows you to entertain a large group of friends.
The upper Master suite has a king size bed, gas stove and spectacular views from a private deck. The master bath has a glass shower with window to the water view. This suite features a sauna and is equipped with a microwave, small refrigerator and coffee pot to allow you to slip away and be totally independent in your own private area
The main level Master suite also known as the "Africa Room" features a queen size bed that looks out to the magnificent water views. Bath has a shower with a porthole view completes this suite.
The main level third bedroom also known as the "Boat House Room" has two twin beds, large closet and plenty of room to allow children to be entertained with toys and games separate from the adults entertaining area.
The Sun Room just off the large dining room is a great place to unwind and tend to flowers if you choose or sit and enjoy a good book.
The size of this house is perfect for large group entertaining, ideal for family reunions or training groups. The natural flow from the kitchen, living room and dining area allows your guests to stay connected for an evening of enjoyment.
The lower area is open with desk top space for large projects or to host a writer's or scrap booking group for the weekend.
