This place is beyond awesome! I stayed here with several friends and we had a blast! The house is well appointed with everything you could possibly want. It's close to many things, including the ferry to Balboa Island. We all hopped on the bikes and went for several rides to the beach and "the point" to watch the surfers and body boarders. A wonderful place to stay, would highly recommend it!

Absolutely gorgeous house in a safe and beautiful neighborhood! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and of course the fun zone. Wonderful amenities in the house especially the HUGE and perfectly appointed kitchen. Plenty of room for a group of friends or a family getaway, and something for everybody - relax with a book on the beautiful sofas, play board games in the foyer or take a bike ride! You really can't ask for more with this home and its location - can't wait to return!

A Great Beach House Close to the Bay

Our family has stayed in this beach house for a week each July for the past four years. We absolutely LOVE this home! We call it the "Pottery Barn" house because it is beautifully designed and decorated. It has two master suites and two "kids" rooms so it is perfect for 2 families of 4. The home is homey, comfortable, clean and well-stocked. It is very close to the Bay, making it especially great for families with small children. It's an easy walk to the "Fun Zone." Also, the owners are great! We would definitely recommend this house to others looking for a great Newport Beach vacation!
