Our house is located on a corner of a gated, guarded community, which has a community, heated pool, about half a block away. The entry has a spiral ceiling area where light comes streaming in. This entry leads to five possible choices; the kitchen, living room, office or to either bedroom. The floor plan of this home is definitely designed to be comfortable and easy. The large living/family room has a sliding door, leading out to the covered patio and yard. There are several fans in the house and the patio, and there is a gas heater in the fireplace. The patio overlooks Lake Chapala. We think it is close to perfect!

Year Purchased: 2008
We are a retired couple from Reno, Nevada who like to spend our winters in this wonderful climate (It is the second best climate in the world.) We like to be here from October to April and hope there is a similar person or retired couple who would enjoy all the things this area has to offer away from the heat and humidity of areas like Florida or Texas and no doubt many others. The average temperature is 75 degrees, the people are friendly and there is so much to do that you will have to plan your time carefully! I have a new camera and computer so just have a picture of myself, taken to check it. Sorry.

We love this area and this house is the perfect size for a couple, who may like to welcome a guest now and then.

There is a wonderful community heated pool and we are located within walking distance of a couple good restaurants, a mall, the bus and the town of Ajijic. A car is handy, but not necessary.
