BEACH FRONT condo on THOMAS DRIVE!! Top Floor Corner Loft Unit. A couple June & July weeks still AVAILABLE! CALL OR EMAIL TODAY TO BOOK - GREAT LOW RATES! Quiet EAST END of P.C. Beach near State Park in FAMILY ORIENTED complex. Check our Calendar & Book your 2012 week ASAP!! Condo features porcelain tile floors, updated appliances, furniture, and is wonderfully decorated. It offers tall sloped ceilings that really open it up. Every inch of square footage is put to good use. The master bedroom downstairs has white wicker furniture with king bed & a 25" TV. The bathroom is in the hallway next to the master bedroom as well as the washer/dryer closet (NEW washer/dryer stack unit May 2009)
The unique spiral stair leads up to the loft area where there is a queen bed (new mattress 5/11) in first room (with glass windows facing the ocean, a GREAT view!)& a 19" TV and the small additional room with two twin captains beds (with 3 drawers underneath each). This area is really great for kids! (New small a/c unit located in twin bed room to cool the upstairs 5/11)
The roomy balcony features PVC bar height patio furniture and a box with several beach chairs, sand buckets, etc. for your use during your stay. TALK ABOUT A VIEW!! You will fall in love with the sunsets from this balcony - it is amazing. This well cared for condo - everything is in good shape and works! We have WIFI so bring your laptop and enjoy surfing the web while watching the gulf surf! :)
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need and the appliances were all replaced December 2002, the oven is self-cleaning with a glass surface top. The den is cozy & comfortable with sofa, chairs, lamps, & has a 25" TV, a VCR, DVD player and CD stereo.
There are ceiling fans in the master bedroom, the den, and the loft bedroom with the queen bed. The A/C condensing unit & air handler were both replaced (8/07), the bathroom has been updated with fixtures, decor, etc., the interior was painted in 2007 (11/07) AND the exterior of the building has been re-stuccoed & painted
Nautical Watch is a great family complex with a wonderful tropical pool area that offers a unique shaped pool, grilling area, restrooms, & lounge chairs. This low rise townhome style offers a much more comfortable & friendly atmosphere than most hi rise complexes or hotels. Being a top floor corner unit is a HUGE plus because there's no noise above and the corner units are a little more private.
The famous Schooners Restaurant is just a one mile walk down the beach toward the east, and it's three miles west to Spinaker, and four miles west to Pineapple Willy's... Right in the perfect location. Montego Bay, Boat Yard, Saltwater Grill, Angelos Steak House, Captain Andersons, and many other great restaurants all just down the street.
St.Andrew's State Park, Golf Courses, Go Carts, & Shipwreck Island right down the road. Jimmy & Janet are right out front on the beach with cabana style beach chairs & umbrellas for rent - they also offer seadoo rental, banana boat rides & can arrange other activities such as parasail rides & boat excursions. They are really sweet & helpful. Everything is here waiting on you!

Be sure to email or call to confirm available dates, someone could have cancelled so please check with us! Our calendar is kept up to date, a Saturday marked RED means someone has that NIGHT booked, if the week prior to it is available, then you would check out that Saturday morning (even though it is marked red).
This is a Saturday to Saturday weekly rental until summer is over. After that there is a 2 night minimum (Labor Day weekend & a few other dates have 3 night minimum)
AGE RESTRICTION OF 25 & OVER HIGHLY ENFORCED - proof of age required. (NO unsupervised teenagers or young adults under 25 allowed without PARENTS STAYING in the condo the ENTIRE TIME)
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If for any reason a guest renting from us (or that guest's family, friends, etc.) causes a disturbance or disruption in which we, Nautical Watch's office, or law enforcement are called, that guest and everyone in his or her party will be evicted and both the deposit & rent paid will be forfeited without any exceptions.
This unit is on the top (3rd) floor. No elevator, Stairs only
Luckily, we received no damage from any of the hurricanes!

** BEWARE!! ** "Beach or Gulf View" doesn't necessarily mean BEACH FRONT! This is how Nautical Watch is laid out: There are 2 BEACH FRONT Buildings, A & B. They have 15 units in each bldg, 5 units in each bldg are 3rd floor loft units. The 4 other bldgs., C - F, are pool front buildings and are located BEHIND buildings A & B. When comparing complexes, units & prices, be sure to make sure where exactly they are located in proximity to the actual ocean & sand **.
2012 Rate is $1195.00 total per week ncluding tax & cleaning PLUS $150 refundable reservation / damage deposit - this deposit is paid when it is booked, it holds your dates & then is held as your damage deposit & refunded in full providing no damages occur, nothing is missing from the unit & rules are adhered to. It does not go toward the weekly total.

Our stay was wonderful and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. From the first contact with the owner, we were immediately set at ease. Shelia was very helpful and answered each question I had (and there were many!). The process of "checking in" was clearly stated in her correspondence and was so seamless that within 10 minutes of arriving we had located the unit, unloaded and were enjoying the incredible views from the balcony. The condo itself is well thought out. It contained everything we needed for our home away from home for a week. The washer and dryer was a great size and being in the unit was a huge benefit to our family of 4. The unit was also very clean and welcoming so that we felt "at home" as soon as we unpacked. The location was simply ideal. The beach for the area was not crowded and it felt like it was OURS much of the time. We loved talking walks early in the morning and late in the evening and the proximity to the beach allowed that. The entire complex also felt very safe. I had no hesitation about taking my youngest child to the pool by myself or walking through the parking lot at night. The complex is not far from many great restaurants and other activities. Easy access to shopping as well, although still removed from the "trafficky" portion. We observed many areas while in town, and this location is much better than most of the others in my opinion. I would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay for a very reasonable price in the area. We loved it and are already planning a return visit.

We visit PCB twice a year and stay at Nautical Watch every time. I have to say that we have never experienced a more pleasant stay than at the Knight rental. Shelia was very accommodating and made us feel at home during the whole process. This condo was clean and very relaxing and had everything we needed for our temporary home away from home. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and no plastic chairs! I have found the one rental I will use every time from now on. Thanks Shelia, we look forward to renting from you when planning our next trip.

We have just returned from our week stay in your condo. It was very comfortable, quite and relaxing. It did not take us long to feel right at home. A quick trip to the grocery store is all you need. Everything was just as described. The balcony is right above the boardwalk to the beach, which is great if you have kids back & forth to the beach. The pictures do not do it justice...and the sunsets from the balcony are AWESOME. This will FOR SURE be one of our favorite places to stay in Panama City.

We just returned from our vacation to Panama City, and our stay at the "Knight Rental". Rarely do you receive everything you're promised, but our family was completely surprised that the condo delivered! The tasteful decor really helped to feel like you were in a home, not just a rental. We had friends who surprised us and stayed at one of the 3rd floor condos in the "A" building, and ours was so much more comfortable. March 31,2006 We enjoyed our stay at Nautical Watch so much that we rented it for 2 and a half months in 2007 ! It is very comfortable and clean and close to so much. Hello again, Shelia... Hell hon, I don't really know where exactly to start! Ok...first of all, the pictures you have displayed in your VRBO ad scarcely do the place justice. It was absolutely beautiful! I mean, from the pictures we viewed, we expected a nice, well-kept condo with a nice view of the Gulf of Mexico...but when we opened the door....DAYUM!! And please keep in mind, we're not exactly the 'Darlins' from Andy Griffith, either...we have managed to secure nice accomodations before. But the places we've stayed in Florida have usually shown some easily-detectable signs of "beach aging"...you know, faded pastel colors (ya know, like those usually reserved for differing varieties of sherbet), worn pool chairs and lounges, sand in every available nook and cranny, etc. But in your place, it actually appeared that someone lived there. Upon entering the condo, I think we were completely blind-sided by the roomy interior. (the pictures you have are good, but I'm tellin ya, they don't do it justice) And everything inside was just as you and your pictures described...just beautiful! Then there was the view from the balcony...an exceptionally nice touch. And if that wasn't enough, we were treated to several fireworks shows on the beach...some rivaling any 4th of July display. Just checking so far...can ya tell we had a good time?! And I just wanted you to know...we had 6 in our party...5 of which are smokers (the 6th is only 10 years-old)...and there was not ONE cigarette smoked in your condo! Can you even imagine the dicipline it took to pull that off?! Actually, it wasn't difficult at all...I mean, that's doubtlessly a part of the reason your condo looks as good as it does...and we weren't about to do anything to jeopardize that. Besides, with such a terrific view from the balcony, it was a pleasure to step out...when we weren't already out there, that is. (by the way, the weather was awesome, as well!) In short, we absolutely loved the place! And Lisa has informed me that we WILL be staying there again next year...not that I was offering any arguement, whatsoever! Thanks for a wonderful week, Shelia...we really enjoyed it. And please, feel free to copy and paste any (or all) of my compliments for your website! Darren PS.
