Absolutely beautiful, BEACH FRONT condo on THOMAS DRIVE! Top Floor Corner Loft Unit. GREAT LOW RATES! Quiet EAST END of P.C. Beach near State Park in FAMILY ORIENTED complex! Condo features porcelain tile floors, updated appliances, furniture, and is wonderfully decorated. It offers tall sloped ceilings that really open it up. Every inch of square footage is put to good use. The master bedroom downstairs has white wicker furniture with king bed & a new 25" TV. The bathroom is in the hallway next to the master bedroom as well as the washer/dryer closet. BOOKING 2008 AND 2009 NOW!
The unique spiral stair leads up to the loft area where there is a queen bed in first room (with glass windows facing the ocean, a GREAT view!)& a new 19" TV and the small additional room with two twin captains beds (with 3 drawers underneath each). This area is really great for kids!
The roomy balcony features bar height patio furniture and a box with several beach chairs, sand buckets, etc. for your use during your stay. TALK ABOUT A VIEW!! You will fall in love with the sunsets from this balcony - it is amazing. This well cared for condo has never been a rental unit until Aug. 2003 - everything is in great shape and works!
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need and the appliances were all replaced December 2002, the oven is self-cleaning with a glass surface top. The den is cozy & comfortable with NEW sofa, chairs, lamps, & has a 25" TV, a VCR, DVD player and CD stereo. Bellsouth high speed DSL modem & surge protector located in master bedroom.
There are ceiling fans in the master bedroom, the den, and the loft bedroom with the queen bed. The A/C condensing unit & air handler were both recently replaced (8/07), the bathroom has been updated with fixtures, decor, etc., a new microwave / venthood in the kitchen & new sliding glass doors have been installed, the interior has a fresh coat of paint (11/07) AND the exterior of the building has been re-stuccoed & painted! THIS PLACE IS BETTER THAN EVER!!
Nautical Watch is a great family complex with a wonderful tropical pool area that offers a unique shaped pool, grilling area, restrooms, & lounge chairs. This low rise townhome style offers a much more comfortable & friendly atmosphere than most hi rise complexes or hotels. Being a top floor corner unit is a HUGE plus because there's no noise above and the corner units are a little more private.
The famous Schooners Restaurant is just a one mile walk down the beach toward the east, and it's three miles west to Spinaker, and four miles west to Pineapple Willy's... Right in the perfect location. Shaggy Marlin, Montego Bay, Boat Yard, Saltwater Grill, Angelos Steak House, Captain Andersons, Ruthie T's, and many other great restaurants all just down the street.
St.Andrew's State Park, Golf Courses, Go Carts, & Shipwreck Island right down the road. Jimmy & Janet are right out front on the beach with cabana style beach chairs & umbrellas for rent - they also offer seadoo rental, banana boat rides & can arrange other activities such as parasail rides & boat excursions. They are really sweet & helpful. Everything is here waiting on you!

Be sure to email or call to confirm available dates, someone could have cancelled so please check with us! Our calendar is kept up to date, a Saturday marked RED means someone has that NIGHT booked, if the week prior to it is available, then you would check out that Saturday morning (even though it is marked red).
This is a Saturday to Saturday weekly rental until summer is over. After that there is a 2 night minimum (Labor Day weekend & a few other dates have 3 night minimum)
AGE RESTRICTION OF 25 & OVER HIGHLY ENFORCED - proof of age required. (NO unsupervised teenagers or young adults under 25 allowed without PARENTS STAYING in the condo the ENTIRE TIME)
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If for any reason a guest renting from us (or that guest's family, friends, etc.) causes a disturbance or disruption in which we, Nautical Watch's office, or law enforcement are called, that guest and everyone in his or her party will be evicted and both the deposit & rent paid will be forfeited without any exceptions.
This unit is on the top (3rd) floor. No elevator, Stairs only
Luckily, we received no damage from any of the hurricanes!

** BEWARE!! ** "Beach or Gulf View" doesn't necessarily mean BEACH FRONT! This is how Nautical Watch is laid out: There are 2 BEACH FRONT Buildings, A & B. They have 15 units in each bldg, 5 units in each bldg are 3rd floor loft units. The 4 other bldgs., C - F, are pool front buildings and are located BEHIND buildings A & B. When comparing complexes, units & prices, be sure to make sure where exactly they are located in proximity to the actual ocean & sand **.
