Property is located in South Maui where the weather is almost always sunny, unlike the more popular Kaanapali area. Kamaole Beach !!! is great and has lots of sand and good snorkeling. The actual property is gated and very secure. Smoking is confined to designated areas outside. Tennis courts are private and on the property.
There is a great workout room by the pool where you can pick up a daily paper. This unit is a short walk to the pool and hot tub and workout areas. It also has a great view from the master bedroom of the volcano, Haleakala.
Flat screen TV, some CDs and DVDs provided. Unit is filled with personal art and pictures and many tips on an insider's enjoyment of the island. It is an especially beautiful and unique unit. Great for couples or for families with children.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The unit has a fully covered lanai that overlooks the pool from the 2nd floor. It is a short walk to the beach and we completely remodeled the unit in 2008. Building 6 is unique because no one walks in front of the condo.
Owner's Map of Kamaole Sands
Sally and Mark Ludlow purchased the condo in 2000 after selling a home they had there for 10 years. They operate Ludlow's Island Lodge in Minnesota and spend time every year enjoying Hawaii. They lived in Wailea/Kihei for a year while raising their 4 children.
