We have been coming to this villa for 5 years now. Just when you think it couldn't get any better, Mike and Janet make improvements. They are the owners you are looking for if you want to rent a home away from home. Look at the pictures, this is what you get. Absolutly no surprises here. We met with Mike and Janet for lunch one day, had a great time. Besides being the owners they are great people. I would recommend this villa to anyone that is looking for a family vacation in Orlando. Thank you, Mike & Janet for shareing your villa with us again this year................Alan & Jane

We returned to the villa once again this year for 2 and 1/2 weeks. It is so nice to think about relaxing here. The villa is ALL it is said to be. Very clean and roomy with the pool as the extra bonus, so yes, we did enjoy our stay. Will definitely be back. We can watch fireworks from the Disney parks from our pool area and even this year got to watch the Falcon 9 rocket lift off. What an amazing sight. Mike and Janet definitely want to make your stay enjoyable. Thanks again for sharing your villa..

A truly fabulous villa in an excellent location. We've recently returned from our second holiday in Orange Tree Villa and look forward to our next stay. It's an excellent base for the Orlando attractions and is also within an easy journey of the magnificent Gulf Coast. We wanted for nothing - well equipped to a very high standard, a peaceful neighbourhood and great facilities nearby. Highly recommended.

We have just returned from our second visit to this beautiful villa. Only a few miles from the Disney Parks and close to all amenities, in a lovely, quiet location. The villa is very clean and spacious and has everything you need for your stay in Orlando. The children especially loved the pool. Communication with the owners - second to none and the management company on-site are very helpful too. We hope to return for a third visit and would highly recommend a stay in the villa to anyone visiting Florida. 5 star!

Orange Tree Villa a Place to return to

Orange Tree Villa is close to all the main attractions and theme parks, with easy access to all main routes. The estate is very quite with basketball and tennis courts nearby. The villa was exactly as stated in the details very clean and well maintained and fully equipped. The owner was very helpful in answering all our questions and concerns as was the management company who visited at the beginning and end of our stay and was close by on the estate if we needed anything.. We have recommended this villa to all our friends and relatives and in 2011 we are going back for the third year in succession. We would recommend all the Disney Parks plus Sea World, Universal,Old Town at the weekends to see all the vintage cars and numerous other attractions, The town of Celebration is well worth a visit with lots of nice restaurants for an evening meal. The best show to see is Cirque Du Soleil at Downtown Disney. We had excellent meals at The Olive Gardens, Red Lobster, Longhorn Steakhouse, and Hoolahans and Ponderosa for breakfast all approximately fifteen minutes from the villa. Every time we return to England we want to book again for the following year it really is a place where your dreams can come true- Magical.

The house was great and we had a great time. It feels very much like home and was very spacious for 2 families. It was great to be able to get away from the hectic pace of Disney world and unwind. Everyone in my party thought the house was the best part of the trip.

This was perfect for us! The location, decoration, management, everything! The house is very well planned with the bedrooms, kitchen etc. Nice garden with pool, quiet neighbourhood and everything so clean. We will definately come back and then with our children. It will be perfect with the distances to the theme parks, the pool, short distances to the restaurants, diners etc and not the last the "home-feeling" in the villa. Thanks

Renting this villa was the best decision we ever made when planning our trip to the Orlando area. I will never stay in another hotel when vacationing. We had 4 different generations staying at the villa, with so much space, no one got on any ones nerves. The house was perfect, clean, well stocked, nicely decorated and landscaped. The location was very convenient to all of the attractions and the neighborhood was very quiet. I would recommend this property to anyone who was coming to the Orlando area.

Fantastic holiday. Brilliant weather. Excellent villa with everything you could wish for. Very friendly people. Loads to do (too much in fact but that’s a good excuse to come back) Disney really is magical and the shows/parades out of this world. We will definitely be back. Great villa with everything you could need. Weather been great (mid to high 80s). Never had such a busier two weeks as the last two and still not seen/done everything.
