Our HOME AWAY FROM HOME!
This golf Villa is located within Sea Trail Plantation, a 2000 acre resort/golf and residential community. Situated in the Champions Villa complex, the villa's screened and windowed back porch overlooks the 10th hole of the Willard Byrd Golf Course and provides a full view of the Carolina sunrise as well as a quiet place to wind down at the close of the day.
This villa is an end unit on the first floor. Large windows in the kitchen and living room bring in nature's light, making the unit feel open and airy. Since this is our "home away from home" the furnishing are comfortable and the decorations are personalized. This will not feel like another stereotypical hotel room.
A 200 yard walk brings you to the Jones/Byrd Clubhouse. A 1 mile drive brings you to the intracostal waterway and the quiet beauty of Sunset Beach. In addition to the three on-site golf courses at Sea Trail Plantation, another 30 courses are within a 5 mile radius.
When you arrive at Sea Trail our on site property manager will meet and greet you, provide a Welcome Packet which includes a free GSGA Golf & Dining Discount Card and make sure you have everything you need for a delightful stay at our other "home." GOLF PACKAGES AVAILABLE!

Joan & Fred Hopke reside in Glenside, PA, a Philadelphia suburbs. Joan is a native of the Philadelphia area, while Fred hails originally from the Connecticut shoreline. Fred is a retired Lutheran minister and currently runs his own retirement and financial planning business. Joan is an avid beach-goer. Fred is an equally avid golfer. Their sons and daughters are mature adults living in the Philadelphia region and in southern California.
Why the Owner Chose Sunset Beach
After exploring the Carolina coasts for three years we bought our Villa at Sea Trail Plantation because we loved the quiet life-style of the community, its close proximity to Sunset Beach, its variety of golf courses on and off site and its distance away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach.
