Truly magnificent tropical backyard featuring plenty of seating and a Barbecue Gas Grill. The above ground pool will be available as of December 2009 and it is a Metal Frame 15' x 48" just enough to relax and cool off. Please note that photo of the pool is not set in the actual backyard.
The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom House absolutely cozy and welcoming. Hardwood floors throughout (except in the 3rd bedroom which is tiled) add a feeling of warmth to this cottage feel house. The wood burning fireplace works beautifully and it is perfect at night time in the winter months when it gets a bit chilly at times. This house accommodates small groups of people or couples or simply a large family. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a single bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms are conveniently located just outside the remaining bathroom featuring a bath / shower combination. One of the bedrooms features a queen bed and the other has 1 twin bed, and 1 queen bed. Additional cribs / small beds can be placed in the rooms as per request.
The living room has plenty of sitting with a comfortable sofa bed and a love seat. A beautiful 42" flat panel high definition television is strategically placed over the fire place. Could add an additional full size or single sleeper if necessary in the living room upon request.
Dining room features a wooden table that comfortably sits 8 and an armoire with dishes for 12.
The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
Cable and Internet connections and wifi in all rooms.

The Unique Benefits at this House
All windows are hurricane impact and the back yard is tropical paradise. The wood burning fireplace is a definite bonus. House is extremely quiet and located in one of the nicest streets in South Lake. House is only a short walk to the lake where kids can enjoy the lake and ride their bikes.
South Lake or the intercoastal is where you can go with your kids so they can ride their bicycles around the lake.
Championship golf course: Par 72 The Diplomat Golf Resort & Spa Golf Course is the only 5-Star Rated Golf Course in South Florida.
Publix is where you may buy all of your groceries. It also has a pharmacy on site.
