My husband and I love the beach. We live in a small town in Missouri and it gets cold in the winter months. We have traveled the world, but Panama City Beach, Florida is the most beautiful beach. We hope you will enjoy our vacation home as much as our family and friends.
Why the Owner Chose Tropic Winds
Tropic Winds Condos are on the quiet end of the beach. The location is on the beach with covered parking and additional parking across the street. Pier Park is just two miles away and the trolley stops in front of Tropic Winds every 20 minutes. The condo is 1147 square feet, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry room with cart to bring up groceries and luggage.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love the 10x28 feet deck which opens up to the living room and bedroom especially the sunsets. Shell island is a great place to spend the day shelling and watching the dolphins. The deep sea fishing is great! The unit is equipped with with free telephone service to Canada and USA. Free wireless internet, three led flat screen TVs and two DVD players.

My wife and I stayed here for nine wonderful nights at the end of May. The balcony is a wonderful place to have breakfast while scanning the blue water looking for dolphins, schools of fish, rays, or pelicans diving for fish. Leave the door cracked in the master bedroom at night, and you will be lulled to sleep by the soft murmur of the calm gulf waves. The condo itself is very nicely decorated and spacious. It is very well stocked, and you will even find extras not available at other condos. There are condiments in the cabinets, as well as dish soap and extra dish towels. Just down the street you will find Pier Park, perfect for strolling in the evening and getting a bite to eat. The fresh seafood is very good, and the atmosphere is friendly and fun. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a vacation where you can do some deep relaxing, take long walks along the beach, and then head out and enjoy some nightlife and good food.
Recommended for:Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We enjoyed this condo so much. We have 3 small children and having all of the amenities of home, but with the gorgeous view and beach access made this an outstanding vacation place for us. We especially loved all of the little extras available that made packing for a large family so much easier.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Stayed at this condo for 5 weeks in 2009 and 3 months this past winter and really enjoyed it. Condo is very well decorated and clean. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, golfing etc. Being on the 10th floor (next to the elevator) the view was awesome. Situated in the west end of the beach, it is very quiet and hardly any traffic even during Spring Break. Dealing with the owners was very pleasant. My wife and I highly recommend this unit and we hope to come back. .
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We have visited the beach numerous times, but this was the first for Nov. If you have never been during this time we would highly recommend it. The water was as clear as the Carribean, and the beach as white as snow. Needless to say the view was spectaculer. The condo was also very beautiful, very nice decor and furnished with all the amenities needed to have a great vacation. It was also very cozy giving it a very comfortable atmosphere.Janet was a pleasure to work with and made sure we were well taken care of during our stay.
