  This was the first visit to Park City for my husband and me, and we hope to return again and stay at this condo. It was extremely comfortable, spacious, and light-filled with the drapes to the back slider open, looking out on the golf course where cross-country skiers went by. When we arrived, there were fresh flowers and small touches you don't often find, like a rack full of spices in the kitchen. The king size bed was super comfortable after a long day on the slopes. Our original flight was cancelled due to bad weather in the East and we couldn't fly until the next day. To our pleasant surprise, Jane, the owner, offered to "comp" us an extra night if we alter our return flight plans. We immediately took her up on the offer.

• Just PERFECT!!!!

  This cozy condo was PERFECT for our needs! It accomodated the 4 of us comfortably and the description provided was JUST as written. It was very clean and well maintained. The location was ideal. It was located just 2 blocks from the Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR) where we took our ski lessons. You could either walk or take the bus (which was free anywhere within the city and VERY convenient). The bus stop was right in front of the condo and ran every 20 minutes. You could go to the grocery store (called the "Fresh Market") or into downtown onto Main Street with the convenience of the transit system with ease. I will definitely be returning and would recommend friends/family as well! Thanks so much for helping to make our stay memorable!!!!!

  I stayed here with my two children, ages 11 and 13 to ski for spring break. It was perfect for us. Listing description is accurate. Property is clean and well-maintained. You can walk to the Eagle or 3-Kings lift. Or, you can take the bus just one stop to PCMR. The bus stop is just steps away, the pool/hot tub was nice--clean. It is on the golf course, which might be nice in the summer. Having 2 bathrooms was nice. The washer-dryer in the room was great, as we packed light and just did laundry. I would definitely stay here again! Jane was very accomidating, really nice.

  My husband and I loved this place. Jane, the owner, was extremely pleasant and answered all of our questions very quickly. The condo is perfect place to go snowboarding or skiing... Or a nice romantic place to spend time together. I would recommend this place to anyone!

  My girlfriend and I have traveled the world and stayed in every class of accommodation from tent to 5 star resort. We found this condo to be spotlessly clean. Very well maintained and upgraded. Very comfortable, with every amenity you could want. Perfectly located in Park City so that everything from skiing to hiking to shopping and restaurants were within a 5 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. We rented a car but that was not necessary because there was a shuttle but right outside the front door to take you anywhere you wanted to go. The owner was very helpful and easy to deal with. We did a lot of comparison shopping and for the price this condo cannot be beat! We highly recommend staying here!

  We just returned from a trip to Park City, where we stayed at this property. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and convenient. Jane was a very accommodating and helpful hostess. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again in the future. Highly recommended!

  Nice and clean, had everything that you need away from home. Close walk to Park City mountain, about 5 minutes from this location, - easy to come "home" for lunch. Very comfortable bed. Nice gas fireplace, cable TV and Wifi. It's great to have a washer/dryer too. When going to Park City, we will stay here!

  Great location of the condo right on the golf course with cross country skiers coming by. Very close to Park City Mountain skiing, just a few minute walk away. Great big hot tub and heated pool. Check in and check out were easy as well as dealing with the owner who was super nice. Underground parking, washer dryer was a plus. Condo was really clean and cozy with a comfortable bed and nice gas fireplace. This was a great roomy one bedroom loft condo with 2 baths and we would rent it again in a heartbeat. We really enjoyed our stay.
