If you are looking for a quiet, cozy getaway this winter to enjoy Sundance and some of the "greatest snow on earth" our unique property awaits your arrival. Park City Municiple Golf Course, just outside your door, is waiting with a cross country ski course...recreational or for a great work out! Downhill skiing and snowboarding is only a 3-4 minute walk to PCMR (or 1 minute on the free shuttle that comes every 20 minutes). Deer Valley (no snowboarding)or The Canyons are only 2-3 miles away also available on the free shuttle. Enjoy the unique atmosphere of Park City, shopping, eating out, taking in a movie or visiting the newly opened Park City Museum....all this without driving your car. Or you can explore the town and resorts with your own vehicle and use the convenient downtown parking.
Our mountain home is perfectly suited for a couple or small family. The double size hide-a-bed on the main floor den can nicely accommodate two children or one adult (51" wide). Walk only one minute to our comfortable cabana with a newly remodeled heated pool,extra large Jacuzzi spa, changing bathrooms, sauna and a friendly, helpful staff during pool hours. Wi-Fi connections are available in the nearby cabana area. Your getaway has conveniently located (just 35 steps from unit) shared coin operated washers and dryers for every few units. Renters must be at least 21 years old. Thank you for noting that THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT and NO PETS ARE ALLOWED PER HOA RESTRICTIONS.

Why the Owner Chose Three Kings
We chose to buy at Three Kings Condominiums because of its location only minutes from Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR). We can walk to the Three Kings lift or take a free shuttle from across the street for a 1 minute ride to the resort's main area. We can also take the shuttle to downtown, shopping areas, Deer Valley or The Canyons. In the Spring, Summer and Fall there is golf, biking and hiking right outside our door.

While we stay out our home-away-from-home we enjoy the amenities the heated pool, spa, sauna, central lounge facility and a helpful staff.
Just a 3-4 minute walk to the lower parking lot and lift ticket booth...Three Kings lift is there to get you up the mountain!! Walk home for lunch or meet at the end of the day on your own schedule!
Only a 1-2 minute walk from your front door...enjoy the spa, heated pool and deck sauna and changing rooms. Towels provided...PLEASE no glass in the pool area. (Plastic provided in our condo).
Every :08, :28 and :48 minutes on the hour. Takes you to Main Street restaurants and shopping the other ski/boarding resorts (Canyons, Deer Valley). The bus service is great..see a schedule and route
If you have your own equipment just head on out the back of our building...otherwis, drive around just 1 minute to the golf course clubhouse (E)to rent whatever you need. Great for all ages.
Rent Cross country ski gear...have a burger/beer at the restaurant or lounge.

As long time Utah residents and avid skiers, bikers and hikers we have always loved Park City. We are thrilled to be able to experience all that Park City has to offer just outside our door. Being located directly on the Municiple Golf Course is wonderful and there are hiking and biking trails just a few steps away. With the free shuttle service all that this mountain resort has to enjoy is ours!
