Or you can explore the town and resorts with your own vehicle and use the convenient downtown parking. Have your own car...We have underground parking only 30 steps from your front door.
SUMMERS ARE BEAUTIFUL IN PC . WE RENT 30 day minimum at $1200 per month (second month at $999). Hike and bike (right outside your door) some of the finest trails in the Wasatch Mountain or just street bike on PC's many miles of safe off road paved trails. We are located on the PC Municipal Golf Course with many others nearby. The pool and cabana are fun for everyone.
Our mountain home is perfectly suited for a couple or small family. The brand NEW double size hide-a-bed on the main floor den can nicely accommodate two children or adults (51" wide). Big screen TV in den area and flat screen TV in upstairs bedroom area. Convenient washer and dryer on main floor and High Speed Internet is available in your condo. Walk only one minute to our comfortable cabana with a newly remodeled heated pool,extra large hot tub/spa, changing bathrooms, sauna and a friendly, helpful staff during pool hours. Renters must be at least 21 years old. Thank you for noting that THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT and NO PETS ARE ALLOWED PER HOA RESTRICTIONS.

Why the Owner Chose Three Kings
We chose to buy at Three Kings Condominiums because of its location only minutes from Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR). We can walk to the Three Kings lift or take a free shuttle from across the street for a 1 minute ride to the resort's main area. We can also take the shuttle to downtown, shopping areas, Deer Valley or The Canyons. In the Spring, Summer and Fall there is golf, biking and hiking right outside our door.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
While we stay out our home-away-from-home we enjoy the amenities the heated pool, spa, sauna, central lounge facility and a helpful staff.
Just a 3-4 minute walk to the lower parking lot and lift ticket booth...Three Kings lift is there to get you up the mountain!! Walk home for lunch or meet at the end of the day on your own schedule!
Only a 1-2 minute walk from your front door...enjoy the spa, heated pool and deck sauna and changing rooms. Towels provided...PLEASE no glass in the pool area. (Plastic provided in our condo).
Every :08, :28 and :48 minutes on the hour. One minute ride to PC Mt. Resort Center or takes you to Main Street restaurants and shopping the other ski/boarding resorts (Canyons, Deer Valley). The bus
If you have your own equipment just head on out the back of our building...otherwis, drive around just 1 minute to the golf course clubhouse (E)to rent whatever you need. Great for all ages.
Rent Cross country ski gear...have a burger/beer at the restaurant or lounge.
Walk or take the free trolley up and down main street to see the shops, restaurants and nightlife!
Ride the bus free to Main Street or transfer to Canyons Resort , Deer Valley or Kimball Junction for bowling, movies and more restaurants.

As long time Utah residents and avid skiers, bikers and hikers we have always loved Park City. We are thrilled to be able to experience all that Park City has to offer just outside our door. Being located directly on the Municiple Golf Course is wonderful and there are hiking and biking trails just a few steps away. With the free shuttle service all that this mountain resort has to enjoy is ours!

My girlfriend and I have traveled the world and stayed in every class of accommodation from tent to 5 star resort. We found this condo to be spotlessly clean. Very well maintained and upgraded. Very comfortable, with every amenity you could want. Perfectly located in Park City so that everything from skiing to hiking to shopping and restaurants were within a 5 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. We rented a car but that was not necessary because there was a shuttle but right outside the front door to take you anywhere you wanted to go. The owner was very helpful and easy to deal with. We did a lot of comparison shopping and for the price this condo cannot be beat! We highly recommend staying here!

We just returned from a trip to Park City, where we stayed at this property. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and convenient. Jane was a very accommodating and helpful hostess. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again in the future. Highly recommended!

Nice and clean, had everything that you need away from home. Close walk to Park City mountain, about 5 minutes from this location, - easy to come "home" for lunch. Very comfortable bed. Nice gas fireplace, cable TV and Wifi. It's great to have a washer/dryer too. When going to Park City, we will stay here!

Great location of the condo right on the golf course with cross country skiers coming by. Very close to Park City Mountain skiing, just a few minute walk away. Great big hot tub and heated pool. Check in and check out were easy as well as dealing with the owner who was super nice. Underground parking, washer dryer was a plus. Condo was really clean and cozy with a comfortable bed and nice gas fireplace. This was a great roomy one bedroom loft condo with 2 baths and we would rent it again in a heartbeat. We really enjoyed our stay.
