New to the rental market. Fantastic 4-bedroom designer decorated beach house located less than a 5-minute walk to beach and Hilton PD Resort. Newly completed heatable private pool with waterfall and patio.
Brand new designer décor and furnishings throughout, including tile flooring, large eat in kitchen with granite counters, custom cabinetry and moldings, skylights and stainless steel appliances.
The Chef’s kitchen is stocked with new high-end cookware; bake ware, dishes and cutlery. Large eat in kitchen has seating for eight, granite kitchen island and separate lounge area featuring flat screen TV with Wii console.
Separate living room has comfortable large leather sofas, chairs and a flat screen TV/DVD. We have a extensive DVD library and ipod stereo system. Separate Pub room can be used as a gathering place for happy hour, games and cards or a formal dining room. This room provides separate seating for eight.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms in our home, each with private baths and flat screen TV’s/DVD players. First floor master suite offers new king “Sleep Number” bed with large master bath and a twin roll-away. This room has a seating area and a grand master bath with jetted tub.
Second level offers two bedrooms, each with queen beds (one with a new “sleep number” bed) and private baths. Third level bonus bedroom has two twin beds and private bath and a twin roll-away. A pack n play is also available.
Our home has an over-sized two-car garage. The garage has a full sized ping-pong table, foosball table and an electronic basketball game for hours of enjoyment. The garage holds beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and even a beach cart to make your short walk to the beach even easier.
The house has a private backyard with a heatable pool, outdoor deck with chaise lounges and gas grill. There is a small patio and grassy area around the pool area. Please note that due to Palmetto Dune community regulations, fences are not allowed around pools or the property perimeter.
Palmetto Dunes is an award winning outdoor oriented luxury resort. Our home is a short walk to world class golf courses, tennis center and pristine uncrowded beaches.
In addition, we do use a property management firm that we pay for so that if there is something wrong with the home, or something is not to your satisfaction, you have a local contact to ensure it gets corrected promptly. They are available 24 hours.
Besides all the above amenities, the home comes with:
• Free Wireless Broadband connection and Wii console with games.
• Palmetto Dunes Tennis Membership and 2 Hour/day free court time.
• Cleaning company provides superior quality sheets, bath towels and starter toiletries.
• Access to PD community pool.
We purchased this home in June 2009 so most furnishings are brand new. We decorated and "stocked" our home with family travel in mind. For those that know Palmetto Dunes, our house is only a few steps to the foot bridge over the lagoon, so your walk to the beach is quick even for those with young children. This wonderful home is a perfect getaway away for any event or family vacation.

We loved the house ..it was just as perfect as it had been described. Easy walk to the beach (were very grateful for the beach carts...even the one with the not so great wheels!) We appreciated all the notes the owners left all over the house giving us hints and instructions re how things worked. They were also kind enough to leave plenty of pencils and paper, had tons of dishes,silverware and glassware, so our family of 10 didn't have to keep running the dishwasher! (and thus emptying it...) As described, everything in the house is top of the line..a wonderful big washer and dryer, plenty good TV's, lots of good books if we had run out of our own, wonderful master bath (where the kids enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub) The sleep number beds got mixed reviews...guess some people like them, we were not crazy about them. We expected it to be hot..and it was...we did NOT expect the bazillion mosquitoes...so do come prepared with repellent and itch medicine.

The home was even nicer and bigger than we expected from the pictures -- plenty of room for all of us to spread out! We really appreciated the bikes, beach chairs, pool and sand toys, etc. that were in the garage -- unfortunately someone before us had damaged the beach cart (only 3 wheels) so we couldn't use that. The walk to the beach was very easy. It was nice to have the pool shaded for part of the afternoon. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!

We have been renting beach homes for the last 6 years and everyone agreed that this house was the nicest we have rented. The ping-pong table and basketball game got lots of use. We spent as much time by the pool as we did at the beach. The bedrooms were all spacious and we loved the large round table in the kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved how the house was decorated. Great house!!

My family really enjoyed our stay. The house is very well laid out, and the furniture is very high quality comfortable, and attractive. The house makes a great impression. We had no problems with our stay. The cable in the living room was not working when we arrived. Maintenance arrived within ten minutes to fix the problem. We would be happy to rent again, no question.

This home is incredible! The owners have really "gone above and beyond" to make their home a 1st class vacation place. Not only is it beautiful and very comfortable, but it has something for every member of the family. We enjoyed the games, bikes and of course the close proximity to the beach, tennis courts and golf course. The availabilty of the beach chairs and beach toys were especially thoughtful. Without a doubt we will be back to this 5Star home!!!
