THE VIEW: The Intracoastal Waterway is a truly a beatiful sight to see. This home sits directly on the waterway and has a completely unobstructed view up and down. Watch jet skis zip through, marvel at the beautiful boats, and maybe even send a friendly wave from your private pool deck.
Across the waterway is the 15th hole of the immaculate Fazio course at Barefoot Resort. Just imagine sitting on the dock at sunset after a fun day at the beach - a cool drink in your hand, relaxing and enjoying the view of the waterway as the last few golfers finish up.
THE POOL:
The showpiece of this home is its huge private waterfront pool. Complete with fresh flowers and plenty of lounge chairs, it's a paradise all its own.
Take a refreshing dip in the pool or simply catch some sun and wave at boats passing by. With fresh flowers, flora and fauna surrounding the pool deck, the back yard is an oasis wthat features water, water, water and beatiful sights all around.
This beautiful community and its central location make it an ideal getaway for the perfect vacation with family and friends.
THE INSIDE:
This home features upgraded everything. The kitchen has a large set of windows that overlook the pool and waterway. It also boasts granite counter tops AND FLOORS and upgraded appliances as well as functional features such as a garbage disposal and trash compactor. The living room has a 56" flat screen TV, huge sectional sofa, and a fireplace with immaculate woodwork.For dining, guests can eat at the bar, at the dining table in the living area or at the large dining table in the dining room. The open floor plan in the living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for the beach and catching up with family and friends. Beautiful newly stained crown molding and faux painting throughout give this custom home a warm feel. The master bedroom has a gorgeous bay window area, and the bathroom boasts a marble shower with dual shower heads and a foot bath.
BEDS AND BEDROOMS:
Upstairs is the master bedroom as well as three additional bedrooms: There is 1 king in the master, 1 king in the second bedroom overlooking drive and neighborhood, 1 king in the third bedroom overlooking pool, 1 queen in the fourth bedroom. The 5th room is a sun room downstairs with a queen sofabed, and the 6th room is a den with 2 queens and single bed.
We have a minimum renter age of 25. There must be an adult age 25 or over staying on the property.
