  The week was Thanksgiving of 2009 the Evening of November 27 80 of our closest friends and family joined us in for an evening in paradise to celebrate our love. This property also offered us a location where two family could begin to blend and grow. I the bride had my family in one home and the grooms family in the other. Simply described as magnificent! Plus this is a home where you know hard work and love anything is possible. This property had a view where I said to my Father after I became a "Mrs." Dad this is what dedication and hardwork can accomplish.. simply paradise. My husband and I now live in Florida but grew up in Indiana. A wedding reception here was a true magical experience! Plus staying here before and after the wedding was truly a one of kind experience. I still how amazing our wedding was from our guests.

  We just completed a rental of the SHORE BREEZE property from Jan 2-9, 2012. We hosted our daughters and their families for our biannual family vacation. This was a great fit for us. Loved the pool in Shore Breeze as couple of our granddaughters (2 and 3 yrs) were able to play to their hearts content in the shallow side of the pool without parents having to hold them. The pool water is mostly shaded by palm trees, but the large deck provided lots of sun. The photos represent the property well (except their wasn't a volleyball net up). The common living area is great with very comfy couches for late night family games. The large kitchen was well equipped. The Ice machine was awesome to keep up with the frozen tropical drinks. The grounds provided us plenty to do including sand sculpture by the shoreline, resting in the hammock, coconut toss games, kayaking, bonfire under the moonlit night. A vacation that will be remembered for a long time. The second adjacent property was only being used for 1 day when we were there, so we don't know how it would have been with neighbors. If we come back to the Keys, we'd rent again. There is only one negative. The cabana rooms have separate ventilation units in the rooms. I think they need to be serviced and have their filters cleaned, as there was a musty smell and the rooms were damp. Towels would not dry out in between showers and the shower floors are not angled to drain the water properly which added to the damp conditions.

  We stayed in the Shore Breeze House in March 2011. The house and pool are great. The pool has a huge baja step so is great for young kids. The other house has a deeper pool that is better for older kids or adults. It has a huge beach area with volleyball and hammocks. The house has all the amenities that you will need. The only criticism that I have is I wish the beach would have been cleaned up. It was quite dirty from things washing up on the shore. Also, the property is very centrally located to restaurants, shopping, etc on Islamorda. Ice Cream Shop was walking distance which the kids really enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this house!

  I stayed at this Islamorada house last January, and I still daydream about going back there! It is the perfect week in paradise! The house, pool, beach, oceanfront, and overall grounds are kept in perfect condition! The new construction house is beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. It is the most beautiful oceanfront view and access I had ever experienced. The oceanfront privacy is incomparable to anything I have ever seen before! It is perfect for a family with young kids or an adult getaway. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We cannot wait to go back there!
