The 202 Hwy has now been completed and is approx 8 miles East on Hwy 60 so you can take the loop to Int 17 North (Flagstaff) or South to Int 10 (to Tucson or Mexico). Unit is less than 2 miles from upscale Dana Ranch shopping center with fantastic ethnic restaurants. The Light Rail in downtown Mesa is available to take you to downtown PHX to catch many of the sporting events such as baseball (spring training), basketball,concerts andplays. If you golf, you don't have to drive far.

Why the Owner Chose Mesa
We bought our Mesa unit because of its proximity to many wonderful locations and its ease to the highway system. Mesa is central to 15 Cactus League Baseball Teams as well as near many new hospitals that specialize in heart care, children's care and other MD Anderson Cancer Treatment Center. Our unit is near Costco, Sam's Club, LA Fitness, Walgreen's Pharmacy and CVS Pharmacy (both across the street), and many wonderful family places to eat. The unit is about 6 minutes drive from Superstition Springs Mall and the same for many dealerships that work on cars such as Lexus BMW and Ford. About 5 minutes West of the unit is an upscale shopping complex called Dana Park which also has unique shopping stores and great food. Walmart Super Store is less than 6 blk from the unit for.
