Incredible, Fully Remodeled 2/2 Condo on St. Pete Beach. Direct Gulf Front. It's warm and sunny here - all the time. The Gulf is your backyard. You will need to pinch yourself just to make sure you aren't dreaming. It's October and the temperature is in the 80's & 90's. It's November & December and it has cooled to be in the 70's. At night, it may even get to the low 60's! Brrr... January and February can be bitterly cold here, like maybe a high of 68! What more do you need to know?

Why the Owner Chose St. Pete Beach
We moved from New York City to Florida. Of course, we came to Florida for the beach and that is where we have stayed. The Condo was originally purchased as our home. But, when our family outgrew it, we purchased a new one a few miles north.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We never tire of listening to the sounds of the surf. It lulls us to sleep at night and beckons to us in the morning. We regularly enjoy coffee on the balcony in the mornings and cold beverages in the evening at sunset. The pool at Seamark is never in shade. We LOVE to visit with friends on the pool deck; play Rummikube; and noodle in the Gulf of Mexico. And of course, we frequently go for a swim or a cooling dip in the heated swimming pool. Although, no heat is required for most of the year!

My husband and I purchased our lovely condo at Seamark before our children were born. Shortly after the birth of our daughter, we moved to where we live now, which is only a few miles away. Happily we have been blessed enough to be able to keep our beachfront condo as our retreat from the hustle and bustle. Every summer and holiday weekend we pack up the family and head to the beach. My husband is a retired gastroenterologist. I retired from managing his medical office shortly after he sold the practice. I love to cook and have had an incredible gourmet kitchen built at the beach condo. Cooking, my family and the Lord are my passions, though not in that order!
