Our five-bedroom/four-bathroom house is only three miles from Walt Disney World, located in the Indian Ridge Oaks community of Kissimmee. Features include two master suites with king-size beds, all towels and linens, a fully-equipped kitchen, five cable TVs (including a 26" LCD widescreen), DVD players, VCRs, and a 30-foot, screen-enclosed, swimming pool (with gas pool heat available in winter). A whirlpool spa connects to the pool, and doubles as a kiddie pool. The perfect size and perfect location to make your visit to Central Florida the perfect vacation!
New in 2009--new carpet in the bedroom and new tile floor in the common areas.

We have rented this home 4 times now and each time we come back ,It is better than ever!! Greg is so great at helping us out in anyway he can. Managment company is always there if there is any problems and the home was recently upgraded to super!!!, with new livingroom furniture and tile. Our kids call this house our second home. We could never stay at any other house as GREAT AS THIS ONE !!!!! Thanks Greg for all the great memories we have there Dave

WE HAVE RENTED THIS HOME 4 TIMES AND WE LOVE IT!!! THE POOL IS GREAT FOR LITTLE GUYS AND GREG IS THE BEST TO DEAL WITH!! HAVE DEALT WITH GREG 6 TIMES WITH HOMES HE HAS OWNED AND ALWAYS THE BEST FROM HIM, NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. KIDS LOVE TO THINK THAT IT IS OUR SECOND HOME. MANAGMENT COMPANY RESOLVES ANY ISSUES AND THE HOME WAS RECENTLY UPGRATED TO A A+++++ CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK THANKS FOR EVERYTHING GREG DAVE

This house is in a great location with easy access to most of the attractions. The layout of the house is very nice and the owner is very pleasant. However, the condition of the living room furniture was poor with holes in the cushions. There was a broken outlet plate which could be a safety hazard. There were many dishes and glasses and they were in good condition. The pots and pans were pretty beat up and we had to supply a cookie sheet as it did not have one which I would expect to be a staple in a kitchen. Be prepared to have to go out and get basics such as paper towels/napkins dish detergent etc...One roll of toilet paper is supplied in each of the 4 bathrooms but you will need to supply any extra you might need. The TV's were not as advertised and the game room was a garage with a fooze ball table. All in all, I don't think I could recommend this property to a friend without at least making sure they were aware of these problems.

I have rented this house 3 times in 5 years and thought that we were in heaven, rental company was always helpful and problems were fixed in hours . I would recomend this house to anyone that has stayed in a hotel and need a REAL HOME TO RELAX AND FEEL GOOD ABOUT. Greg is wonderful and always makes us feel welcome . Many of our friends and coworkers have asked us where we stay and we have told them about this house and they never have been dissapointed. Close to disney and great maps prove to be a asset from Greg . There needs to be great owners as Greg is, to make a first trip or 20th anniversary special , There is no other place that MY FAMILY WOULD LOVE TO STAY AT ,AS THIS HOUSE IS IT!!!!!! My overall impression is one of dissapointment. When we arrived, our entire party was drenched by automated sprinklers located next to the front door in such a position that they could not be avoided. We were locked out of the home for about one hour while four 5-year olds screamed out their displeasure. The 5 digit code to the lock box had been changed without our knowledge. All 4 adults in our group and several of the children attempted to input the code without success. My attempts to reach both the owner and Florida Leisure were unsuccessful. After about an hour of attempting to Email and text message the owner, I received a reply with a new and incorrect code. Finally, after the third text, I received the correct code. The layout of the home was exactly as promised. It was both spacious and comfortable. Several of the promised amenities were not available. The master suite did not have a 26" flat screen TV. Instead it had a small 19" TV. The 26" flat screen TV was now in the living room instead of the 41" flat screen TV that had been promised. This was a great disapointment to me when I watched the Packers play the Vikings on Monday Night Football. Additionally, many of the remote controls did not work. Then there is the "game room" which we called the "lame room." The "game room" was a garage with a fussball table and nothing else. When we arrived, we learned that the pool heater was not working. Despite the high temperature outside, the pool water was quite cold and uncomfortable, and the hot tub was obviously not hot. This was repaired on our last full day at the house. On our third day there, the air conditioning broke. The heat was 95 degrees F (35 degrees C) effectively turning the house into an oven. I learned that there had been a similar problem the week before that had not been correctly repaired. After a hot, mostly sleepless night, the air conditioning was repaired the next day. The kitchen was advertised as fully equipped, it was not. There was a good selection of dishes and glasses but not much in the was of pots and pans. The management company was apologetic and seemed genuinely concerned about the troubles we experienced. Having said that, no credit, discount, or rebate has ever been offered for the problems we experienced and the amenities that were not delivered. We saved our money for a long time to make this vacation special. It is unlikely that we would rent this location again.
