The house is in the beautiful and quiet Vista Las Palmas neighborhood, on the west side of town, at the base of the San Jacinto mountains. In Vista Las Palmas, all the utility wires are underground, so there’s nothing to obstruct the glorious mountain views. Also, the house is on the west side of the street, so that when you are out by the pool, your views of the mountains are not blocked by the house. Vista Las Palmas also gets very little wind, unlike other parts of town. You can even walk or bike to Palm Canton drive ("downtown") in under 15 minutes, making it a very convenient area to stay.
We’ve restored this 1961 Alexander-built home to its mid-century architectural style and grace, including furnishing it with authentic period pieces, while updating all of its systems and appliances. It has new stainless steel appliances, new flooring, new pool equipment, and new plumbing. So your stay will be comfortable and stylish. The house has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 8 people. It has 4 bathrooms, all en suite. Everyone in your group will appreciate the convenience and privacy of the layout. Two of the bedrooms and bathrooms have access to the pool.

Why the Owner Chose Vista Las Palmas
We bought this house because we love the Vista Las Palmas neighborhood for its beauty, quiet and easy access to downtown. We love the houses that Alexander built in the 1950s and '60s, and this one just jumped out at us as being perfect for our needs, and perfect for a vacation property. With it large size, private pool, and mountain views, we fell in love with it.

The north end of Palm Canyon Drive is home to dozens of design, furnishing and antique stores.
Wonderful, renovated hotel, spa, restaurant and poolside bar. A 10 minute walk from the house.
