Year Purchased: 2004
We purchased our condo when it was built in 2004. We live in Minnesota, so we really look forward to coming to Florida each winter! Each year we find something new and interesting to do, all the while enjoying the pristine beaches and natural settings of Florida's Gulf Coast. This area of Florida is ideal to us because we love to walk the beaches, swim in our luxurious pool and meet new friends at the condo. It is so close to shopping, golfing, fishing, nature and has the MOST PERFECT sunsets in the world!
Why the Owner Chose Gardens at Beachwalk
We rented a condo from VRBO in 2004 right on Ft. Myers Beach and went looking around the area to see if we could purchase a place of our own. When we came across Gardens At Beach walk, in it's first selling phase, we knew it was the perfect place! We wanted to be closer to the ocean than a huge amusement park, so this location was premiere! While we have taken grandkids to Disneyland, our goal was to be in a more serene setting - and this is it!! It offers us a place to relax, unwind, & enjoy nature in every way.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
I like being located on the gulf side of Florida - the weather is warm & sunny. The beaches are inspiring to watch at sunset. I even love the busiest time of year (March) during spring break, watching all the college kids walk the beach and listening to the live bands. In April all the madness goes away and the beach feels like it belongs to you alone. Hwy 41 offers every kind of restaurant, bar, and business imaginable. Ft. Myers is a perfect place if you want to it all, or do nothing.
