We bought the land and a year later built our house here because of the access to Katama Bay, the Association beach and pier, and the spacious lots--all this still close to Edgartown, yet private.

Dining and entertaining on the screened porch, the deck, or in the dining room-- all places that have a view of the woods and birds. Sparkling sun. Starry nights. Big outdoor barbecues. Fun on our private beach, fishing or clamming, sailing or boating. Watching the July 4th fireworks together down by the water. A congenial neighborhood where people work well together. Good friendships flourish, but need for privacy is also tastefully observed.
