A quick conversion Exurb sofa-bed can accommodate two when extra space is needed. The tucked away kitchen offers efficiency and ease for any type of meal or snack preparation. Don't forget the dining experience to be had out on the back deck, as simple as grabbing a cold drink and a sandwich and heading downstairs! The separate bedroom quarters boasts a romantic atmosphere, coupled with the practicality of plenty of extra storage space. For your comfort, the bed is a queen size. You can be confident that you will wake refreshed for another day of South Florida fun, The bath is newly retiled and is clean, clean with new fixtures an is well stocked with extra's. In addition, we know you will enjoy the extras we have in Unit #14. For your beach enjoyment, we store a UV ray protected beach umbrella, beach chairs, cooler, and and small grill for barbequing out back on the Intercoastal Waterway deck. Have we forgotten anything? Clean, comfortable, well decorated in a great location in Hollywood Beach. I spent over 2 months here and enjoyed fishing in the intracoastal off of the back dock and walking/riding across the street to the beach and action on the broadwalk. The owner Roger is professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would have stayed longer but it was already rented out by some repeat customers. This place lives up to VRBO's good reputation. I got to know the locals by walking around to places suggested by the owner and was a regular down at Le Tub (awsome burgers) and The Riptide Hotel and Tiki Bar (Live music by Johnny is great). Raw oysters at Nick's on the broadwalk (10 minute walk) are killer. I would definitely suggest this property to anyone looking for a great beach trip. I hope to return again soon.

The photos of this rental do not do the place justice. This is the prefect for a long term stay - or just a week. Once you get here you will never want to leave! We stayed in this rental for 8 months off and on. Everytime we got got back- we felt we were back at our real home. This place is ideal to have friends come visit- everything in in walking distance- beach- shops- good food- excellent fishing! The back yard is the best place to take in the sun sets! A slice of heaven awaits! We can not wait to come back!

We were so glad we found this little piece of heaven for our vacation! The location of this property is perfect. It's right on the water with a cute back deck. Within a few minutes of walk, you can get to the beautiful beach. The owner decorated the place really nicely. It had everything that we needed for our stay and many thoughtful and convenient things you won't be able to have if you stay at a hotel. We had a fabulous week here and we'll definitely come back in the future! We'd highly recommend this place to everyone!!

Wonderful place to stay and relax. Location is great - you can enjoy the intercoastal right out the door,as well as take a short walk to the beach. Everything seemed new and clean and this was everything we were looking for. Located close to main roads that get you to surrounding areas quickly.
