Ideal year round location for an affordable Vail Valley getaway! Townhome has recently been completely remodeled. It is very cozy and quiet, and yet just minutes from all the action by foot, bus or taxi.

Within a two minute walking radius, there are several restaurants, including American, Italian, Japanese/Sushi, Chinese, Thai, Sandwich/Soup/Salad. There are 2 Grocery stores, 2 liquor stores, fast food, pizza, and Starbucks too!

The free Town of Vail bus stops right out the front door and it is just a 11 minute ride into Vail Village for access to Vail Mountain and all the Town of Vail shopping, bars, and restaurants.

The lower level is very open and has a well supplied updated kitchen and dining area. There is a bathroom and the living area is perfect for "apres" activity relaxing. Each bedroomm upstairs has a queen bed and wall-mounted flat screen TV's. One bedroom has a brand new attached bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The other bedroom is a bit larger and is across from another brand new bathroom complete with a tiled walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub.

Perfect for one or two couples, or a family with one or two children

*This unit can also be rented as a one bedroom, 2 1/2 bath. Please send e-mail for information on availability and rates.

RENTAL POLICIES-

Prefer to rent weekly. A "week" begins with check-in on Sunday after 3 PM, or Monday and ends with check-out before 11 AM on either Saturday or Sunday. Minimum night stays are required for Christmas, New Year's, President's, and Easter weeks. Other weeks can be negotiated based on availability.

CHECK-IN: after 3pm unless arranged otherwise
CHECK-OUT: before 11am unless arranged otherwise

MINIMUM NIGHT STAYS (some exceptions may apply)
Christmas: 5 night minimum - Check out by 10am 12/27
New Years: 7-night minimum - Check in: after 4pm 12/27
*Christmas Day and New Years Eve are not in the same week. If you would like to stay from Christmas thru New Years you must book the minimum for both (12 nights)
President’s week: 5-night minimum
Easter week: 5-night minimum

RESERVATION DEPOSITS and SECURITY DEPOSITS
Reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival: Total rental costs are due upon booking
Reservations made more than 60 days to arrival: 50% of total rental cost due upon booking and balance due 60 days prior to arrival

*There is always a security deposit of $500 to cover damage and/or stolen items. It is returned after cleaning and inventory, within 3 days after departure.


CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS
A handling fee will be charged on cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival date: will only be refunded 50% of the total amount due.
Cancellations inside of 30 days of the arrival date: no refunds.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE
Housekeeping Service charge of $85.00 will be added to each reservation.

Year Purchased: 2002

I grew up as a glorified ski bum! Ski racing and competing as a pro in Ski Cross is what led me to base my life in Vail. I can't forget to mention the best powder skiing anywhere! My place in West Vail was a perfect location for my former life of training, skiing, and playing until my body could no longer take the abuses of being an alternative sports athlete. I left Vail to chase after my wife in California. Now we are both busy and don't get to spend as much time as we would like in Vail, so we've decided to share it!

Why the Owner Chose Pine Ridge

This unit is the first property that I ever bought. I lived in the Vail Valley for 15 years before work took me away. Living there is like being on a permanent vacation, there is always something fun to do! I've spent the past 2 years re-modeling my Vail Townhome in my spare time, doing most of the work myself. Now it is time to share its comfort and convenience!

The Unique Benefits of this Townhome

The ultimate benefit is the convenient location. I enjoy walking over to Nozawa in the Holiday Inn for Sushi, or hanging with my friends at the SandBar. It is easy to get up on a powder day, jump on the early bus and be the first on the slopes. It's also nice to be able to get into town, eat, drink, be merry and then not have to worry about driving home! Summertime is also the best. Golf, mountain biking, hiking, and relaxing is what I like to do.
