Our recently renovated fully equipped 2 bedroom townhome in Glaciers Reach has many personal extras to ensure your comfort and enjoyment of Whistler. With sleeping capacity for up to 7 people we have ground floor access to our 2nd and 3rd floor unit. We have new stainless appliances and granite counters in the fully equipped Kitchen. The living area includes a Queen sofa bed, 42" flat screen wall mounted TV, Blue Ray DVD, Gas Fireplace and open plan living with sliding glass doors opening to a deck with PRIVATE HOT TUB. The new dining set has a large table with 6 leather chairs. The master bedroom has air conditioning, a new queen bed, wall mounted flat screen 32" TV with built in DVD. There is a very large deck off the master bedroom. The master ensuite has a jetted tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom has air conditioning, a double lower bunk with a single bunk above. The main bathroom is located on a separate level between the 2nd floor living area and the 3rd floor bedrooms.

Owner Description
Year Purchased: 1997
The unit is owned by my wife Karen and I. We have owned the unit from when it was built in 1997 and we enjoy going to Whistler for the excitement and the many interesting people that visit Whistler from all over the world. I am an accountant by profession although I have been president of a medium sized business for many years. Karen and I are originally from England and emigrated to Vancouver in 1975. We love living in Canada although we do travel a lot.

Whistler is a fantastic Vacation resort for both Summer and Winter. It is rated the No 1 Ski resort in North America. We enjoy Golf and Whistler has 3 excellent professionally designed golf courses.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The central location is what really appeals about our Townhome at Whistler. We can be anywhere in the village, or to any of the restaurants within 10 minutes walk. We have a central swimming pool and hot tub for use by all guests, but most appealing is the private hot tub on our deck.
