All basic amenities are practically brand new: refrigerator with built-in ice maker, microwave, stove, washer, dryer, etc. Fully stocked with bed and bath linens, kitchen supplies, and other basic goods. All you will need is your bathing suit! There is also a 2 car garage.
As a member of this community, you will have access to 2 championship tennis courts, a fitness center, and an Olympic-sized pool. Everything is easily accessible and kept in good condition.
