Year Purchased: 2004
We acquired the home with the idea of spending a good portion of the winter in beautiful Naples where we have many friends. We could not have made a better choice. Many of our friends from the northern suburbs of Chicago also own places in Naples. Due to economic times we have chosen to rent our place to a couple or family that will appreciate and respect our little paradise. We know you will enjoy the home and the Naples area.

We found Audubon to be a perfect home away from home for our family. Spacious, beautiful with the wonderful Naples weather. We are 5-10 minutes from about everything and 20 minutes downtown Naples and only 30 minutes from the Ft. Meyers International Airport.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Lanai and pool, hot tub with pond and golf course view. 5 minutes to the beach, marina and beautiful sunsets on the beach. A golfing Mecca in Naples. Most mornings we take a beautiful walk along the golf course to Starbucks and back (takes about 45 minutes). Health Club 3 minutes away and of course the wonderful people in Naples.
