Next to this magnificent pool is our Poolside Chickee, dubbed The Groggy Frog. It's complete with 2 TV's, and caters casual fare and cold beverages in Season and busy weekends. Included for your enjoyment are two large Spas, and the exciting Island Clubhouse with a great Cybex Gym, Internet Café, Billiards Room, plus Game, Media and Social Rooms.
This luxurious new 3 Bedroom features a contemporary Caribbean flair to complement the Bonita Village community. The main living areas and lanai have porcelain tile floors, a FULLY-EQUIPPED kitchen with granite counters, crown molded 10’8” ceilings, and a "dry bar" for those who like to entertain. This was Bonita Village's three bedroom model and features exceptional upgrades.
The master bath hosts a spacious walk-in shower, Roman soaking tub and dual vanity! This cheerful end residence features a 50” flat-screen TV in the living room and a King bed and 32” flat screen in the Master Bedroom. Both guest bedrooms have 26” flat screens and you may have your choice of a King bed or Twin beds in the second bedroom.
