We are local owners, not a management company, and personally clean the unit so you can be assured that it is as clean as it can be. We santitize with clorox products and steam clean the tile floor. Since we live just down the road, if something does happen, we're there to make it right immediately!

One pet per unit with a maximum weight limit of 30lbs. A $40 pet fee is charged by the Resort upon arrival.

This two bedroom unit is located on the 18th floor in Treasure Island. Outfitted with everything you need for your vacation, including linens, towels, paper products, blankets, dishes, supplies, books, games, DVDs, a gamecube w/games, and a whole lot more, all you have to do is bring your clothes, food, and sense of fun. The Living Room features a 37" 1080p HDTV.

Book for a week or a month, sit back, and enjoy.

We are a pet friendly unit, but rest assured, even though we allow small to medium pets, we thoroughly clean each room to make sure the next guest enjoys their stay at the condo.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a private bath and directly faces the Gulf of Mexico with sliding glass doors to the balcony. The great room also has sliding glass doors to the Gulf front balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed; there is a double-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The 2 additional beds are built-in bunk beds located next to the dining room.

The kitchen is the perfect place to gather together after a day at the beach and have an ice-cold beverage made in the blender. There is full-size stove, granite countertops, a refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, electric can opener, blender, toaster, glassware, silverware, and plenty of pots, pans and cookware.

Facing west, the evening sunsets provide the most amazing light shows nature can deliver. Come and see why so many people return to this area over and over again. Located just minutes from St. Andrews Park, whatever the activity is that you like to do, you will find it here.

Treasure Island Resort Condominium is is a family friendly resort located on the quiet east end of Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach near St. Andrews state park. Each floor at Treasure Island has only 12 condos, and the building is served by four high speed elevators. It has covered parking in a structure with covered walkovers to the condo building at the third, fourth, fifth and sixth floors. The unit has nine foot ceilings, and is decorated in the contemporary style with high quality furnishings and appointments.

Cancellation Policy: We will try to honor a cancellation request by the renter(s). Should we be able to re-rent the time period reserved, then the renter(s) reservation deposit will be returned less an administrative fee of $25. If the time period reserved can not be re-rented then the renter will forfeit the entire reservation deposit. Emergency situations are handled on a case by case situation.

The owners live minutes from the condo and it shows that take pride in their place! New furniture. Great internet speed and TV options. The extras they provide are such a nice change. Beach chairs, toys, plenty of toiletries - even the spare toothbrush in case you forgot yours! Dog treats for your pet! We had a chance to meet them - they stopped by with fresh picked oranges from their orange trees on Thanksgiving - and were very nice. We will be repeat vacationers!!

This was the first time our family rented from individuals vs. a Real Estate Company and we could not have been happier with our unit. Brenna and Randy have a beautiful and comfortable condo equipped with everything we needed PLUS extra toiletries and amenities. We found coupon books and pamplets on area attractions with a "welcome bucket" in our unit and appreciated all of the personal attention. Extra towels, pillows and sheets were provided and the condo was spotless! Treasure Island is a great property with beautiful beachfront and a lovely pool. It is within walking distance of several great eateries and beach shopping and a short drive to others. We particularly enjoy walking to Schooners for lunch or dinner. A family could spend all day at Pier Park and it's well worth the drive with shopping, kids attractions, a variety of restaurants and free concerts. Billy's is a great casual eatery and Captain Anderson's is around the corner for the ultimate seafood or steak dinner. We had such a great time and look forward to an opportunity to rent from Brenna and Randy again. We definitely recommend their units to anyone considering a vacation in Panama City Beach. Thank you for making our family vacation so special!

Excellent stay-April 2011

Beautiful, clean, well-kept condo with exceptionally comfortable bed in master suite. Kitchen is well-stocked with everything you might need, including a coffee maker disposable filters. There were also books and toys for the children. Treasure Island is located in a quiet section of the beach with easy car access to the rest of PCB and PC without having to drive through the Spring Break traffic. Within easy walking distance to three restaurants. Excellent communication with the owners who left a hospitality basket with bottled water and assorted toiletries. Damage deposit was promptly returned. Would definitely stay again and hope to in the future.

The unit was wonderful! As well as the people we rented from. I actually left a piece of luggage and before I could call and let them know I thought it was there, Brenna had already put it in the mail!!!! Such great people!!! I would recommend this unit to anyone, anytime!!!!

We stayed in this condo for a long weekend in June. The unit was very clean, comfortable and had a great view. The owners were very easy to work with and were quick to assist with the only problem we had with the lock. I would definitely recommend renting from these owners.

Best Vacation Home Ever. A cut above any place I've ever stayed before

A large spacious two bedroom unit that sleeps 8 people. This unit had everything we needed for our stay. The owners had all those little extras like toliet paper, soap, detergent, even sugar for the coffee. There were books for reading on the beach chairs they provided; everywhere we looked there was something else they had thought of. We really felt like it was our home. In addition, it was extremely clean. I know that they accept pets, but you couldn't tell it at all. No residual smell, no hair/dander, no damage, no nothing. All in all, I would highly recommend this unit to all my friends and family and expect to be back soon.
