Resort Description Family friendly resort located on the quiet east end of Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach near St. Andrews state park -- Each floor at Treasure Island has only 12 condos -- Building is served by four high speed elevators -- Covered parking in a structure with covered walkovers to the condo building at the third, fourth, fifth and sixth floors ---- Each unit has reserved parking place -- Units have nine foot ceilings.

Pet Policy Condo Association Rules -- One pet per unit with a maximum weight limit of 30lbs. -- $250 Pet fee beginning 1 March 2014. -- Pets must be on a leash at all times. -- Pet owners are responsible for any damage or disturbance caused by their pet. -- Pet owners are required to “scoop the poop” and place in proper container. Infractions will result in an assessment of $100.00 per occurrence. -- Pets are not allowed in the pool area or on the beach. -- Pets that disturb owners or guests must be removed from the property.
Our Conditions -- $250 Pet Fee (refundable assuming no damage.) -- We are a pet friendly unit, but rest assured, even though we allow pets, we thoroughly clean each room to make sure the next guest enjoys their stay at the condo.
Damage Protection While no one expects it, accidents do happen. Protect yourself against additional expense due to accidental damage to your rental with Damage Protection from VRBO. Damage Protection can provide coverage if your refundable damage deposit is withheld, or for incurred costs of repair or replacement, in the event you accidentally damage to your vacation rental property. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made greater or equal to 30 days of check-in: -- If we are able to re-rent the time period reserved, then the renter(s) reservation deposit will be returned less an administrative fee of 3%.
-- If the time period reserved cannot be re-rented, then the renter will forfeit the entire reservation deposit. -- Emergency situations are handled on a case by case situation.
Cancellations of less than 30 days -- Will forfeit all rent unless the entire rental period is rented by another party. -- We will return any deposits made for the rental period. -- If we are able to rent a portion of the cancelled rental period, we will refund the prorated amount along with any deposits.
Tropical Weather Refund Policy In case a tropical weather system impacts the Panama City Beach area and a mandatory evacuation order is given for the area where Treasure Island Resort is located, a prorated refund will be given for the unused portion of the rental period.

About the owner: Brenna & Randy Williams, owners. We are locals and would love to share with you the awesome sunsets and gorgeous beaches we experience everyday. Since we started renting out our vacation home, we've met some of the nicest people from all over the United States and Canada. We'd love to meet you as well.
