My wife and I were ecstatic when we arrived at the property to find that it was basically straight out of a Pottery Barn magazine. It was built in the early 1900's but had recently been updated from head to toe. All rooms have ample room and flat screen TV's. The weather could have been better but it didn't keep us from enjoying the heated pool every day and night. We plan on coming back next year and bringing our kids. Jane and Tom were great hosts and could not have made it a better trip.

The house is actually NICER than the pictures shown. It is equipped with everything!!!!! Flat screen TVs in everyroom, also extra towels, sheets and pillows! The owners were super nice and came to the house if we needed help. The pool is heated and very private with a huge yard for fun activities! Overall the house was really clean and nicely decorated! I would definetly come back!!! Strongly recommended for nice relaxing getaways!!!!

This rental home in Quogue is a gem. It is absolutely charming. This renovated historical home feels fresh and new with the comfort of “Pottery Barn” décor, furnishings and linens. It is perfectly located on a quiet, residential street with serene surroundings. The home is squeaky clean and beautifully decorated. A harmonious color scheme of blues, creams and pale yellow (with an occasional splash of pink) fill the home with a “cottagey”, seashore motif. I just have to say that the small town of Quogue is enchanting. It is less than a mile away and there you can find the most charming historical library that is proudly yet welcoming to visitors. There I was given information on local events and where and when to find them. Even though my stay at this home was in the winter, it didn’t keep my friends and me from the beach, which was only a couple of miles away. At the shore, we enjoyed a long, brisk walk where we enjoyed listening to the sound of the crashing waves and the feel of blustery winds on our faces; it was invigorating. Another day we took local trips to the wineries, the outlets and even the local towns of Quogue & Westhampton where we found an array of local specialty shops and boutiques. For the more mundane shopping (grocery & household) we headed to Hampton Bays, only 10 minutes east of the house, where we found a “Super Stop & Shop” supermarket. Although the air was cold, the house was warm. We lit the fireplace every day and night and enjoyed its warmth & coziness. We often sat around the fire – enjoying the glow and warmth along with great conversation, stories, jokes and….. a good bottle(s) of local wine. Thank you Jane & Tom

Spent a girls weekend here early May and loved every minute. The house is beautifully decorated - I took pictures as inspiration for my house! The linens and towels are plush and everything about the house is designed for guest enjoyment. Big TVs, nice bathrooms, comfy beds and lots of room for relaxing. We were there in May and jealous it wasn't warm enough to enjoy the pool! The house is close to town and the landscaping is great. Gorgeous pink trees, lush grass across a big backyard. Plus there is a big porch for grilling and entertaining. I've rented other places in Quogue that were not nearly as nice and the location is ideal. It's walking distance to town and you can hear the ocean at night which was such a treat. We all enjoyed the home and would highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed!

We just spent a beautiful weekend at this house. If you think that pictures look better than reality, think again. We all agreed that this house is even nicer in reality than the pictures show. We went on a girls weekend to Quogue and had such a lovely time in this beautiful house. It's close to the beach and the town and a nice driving distance to any other Hamptons you may want to visit. The owner and her representative were incredibly helpful and made our weekend so much fun. I would recommend this property to anyone. I could see a family, couples or singles enjoying it.

My husband and I rented this house to have a few couples join us in a relaxing getaway. The house was absolutely stunning. Everything was new and decorated in a way that really made you feel comfortable. The owner, Jane was easily reachable and available for suggestions or to answer any questions. The location of this house was perfect! We were able to get in everything the Hamptons had to offer. In our group, we golfed, shopped the Tanger Oultets, dined out, walked through the adorable village of West Hampton, walked on the beach and even went to a few wineries. I would definelty go back to this house. And we hope to make it an anual retreat.
