We loved the place and it was everything the VRBO listed. It was clean, without perfumed odors, and the shower was luxurious. The outside deck was peaceful and well maintained. The location couldn't have been better as we have Family in the area and there's so much to do @ Renton and Maple Valley! Lisa, our hostess, was available for questions and really gave us privacy the rest of the time. We'd definitely stay here, again, and have already told friends about our pleasant experience there!

We loved this carriage house. We came for a wedding and found this little place perfectly located. The hostess was warm and friendly. The bed was very comfy, the bathroom amazing, and the living area large and spacious. We could not have asked for more.

The Cedar River Inn Carriage House was the perfect place for us. Close to our adult children and other nearby family and friends, and just three houses down from a playground for our two year old daughter. The property is very relaxing, I enjoyed the use of the outdoor BBQ, loved the outdoor deck, gardens, and the futton to lay and look up at the clouds, or close your eyes and enjoy the sun. Located in a great part of downtown Renton with alot of amenities nearby - within walking distance. Close to Seattle and other tourist attractions. The owners are very friendly and accomodating. Looking forward to our next stay. Thanks for the great stay.

We spent a week at the Carriage House in Renton. What a wonderful location. Quiet and peaceful, walking distance to great coffee, a quick drive to downtown. We loved our week away in our own little place. The amenities are outstanding! The hottub was a great way to relax after walking all of Pike's Place and then a steam shower afterwards to rinse off. Definitely worth the extra few dollars. Lisa is a fantastic attendant, allowed us to use her laundry facility and was right there when we needed linens and any other things. I would recommend it to anyone! Be it a quiet weekend out of the city, or a long week in a new place!

I am very happy to recommend this excellent rental accommodation in down-town Renton. The experience met or exceeded all our expectations. We were attending a conference near the airport and had originally booked into the hotel. However we prefer to self cater and we were glad we found this place. I would say that for anyone who wants a self catering option that's clean and tidy and available at a reasonable price, then you should consider this. If I return to Seattle it will be my first choice.

Mmmmm, where do I begin. This charmer was so comfy and cozy and had just the right amount of seclusion. We could not get enough of the very private hot tub and the neighborhood was absolutely gorgeous.

My husband and I stayed in the Carriage House for close to 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. Love the GREEN appeal and the care that has gone into it. Comfortable and modern. The location was a perfect distance from Seattle and the airport. Loved walking around downtown. Lisa was also extremely helpful and accommodating during our stay - even provided bedding and an air mattress when my little sis came to stay for a night. Thank you so much for everything - we'll be back!

Mu husband and I stayed in the cottage for 4 nights at the end of April. We loved the property and Lisa made the whole process extremely easy and fun. The place was exactly as described on the site and the rates were excellent. We were in a great location for visiting Seattle and other local areas. We loved how quiet and tranquil the area was and the fact that our hosts were close, but not too close. Fabulous place to stay in Renton!!!

This was a perfect location for us, as we were in Renton for a month.A half block to the beautiful Cedar River walk, a block up the river to the library, and a mile downstream to Lake Washington provided delightful walks. Also within two or three blocks were several good restaurants and the bus terminal, so we could avoid driving the freeway into Seattle, and expensive parking. The living area was spacious,well equipped, very private, and the owners were close by and so very helpful in every way.

This was such a great experience; can't say enough good things. We stayed for five weeks and found Lisa and Rick extremely hospitable and warm. Lisa was such a good sport about a couple last minute changes. Thanks, Lisa. I so appreciate you!! The cottage was so spotless, beautiful and very conveniently located. (We were delighted to find a great library and park within walking distance.) I would definately recommend this place to friends.

Owner response:Nikki and her daughter were great. They were guests on the go! They did the Zoo, Tillicum Village, and NW Trek and lots more. It was great Nikki's husband got to join her towards the end of the stay. And, we were glad we were able to accommodate their extended stay.
