Why the Owner Chose South Zone
I was looking for a place in the Puerto Vallarta area where I could walk to the beach and night places and yet have a great view of the City and Ocean. The condo is close to the beach yet on a hill that gives a fantastic view.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
I am able to walk everywhere even back up the hill to the condo. If you don't want the walk back up it is a very short taxi ride and taxis are readily available for about $3 from the beach or Zona Romantica. The condo is located in an up and coming neighborhood with many new homes and condos built in the last few years. Even with this, the neighborhood has retained it's Mexican character.
